I think it should be fine because Rashid did play in the WC back when they were still an associate side so he technically should be an associate player.

Well, he's also played as a non-associate player so kind of a slippery slope. I didn't had this scenario in my mind when making the rules so Rashid will not count as an associate. @Ahmad94 you can change your pick if you want.
