On a lighter note, will we see stumps flying when batsman gets bowled by a fast bowler?

Haven't seen stumps flying in any cricket game to date

Only time I've seen it is a full toss on the stumps in IC10

This might be a funny question but still, assuming you didnt have the Australian cricket board's licence if you could create Ricky Ponting's face and attributes to his likeness but release it unofficially then would it be a problem?

Yes. I don't believe that there is an "unofficial" way which makes you immune to copyright infringement!

Since now you have confirmed (?) that there will be DRS in game, I would like to add a suggestion that it would be good if the decisions depends on Umpire ratings. There should be option to disable/enable DRS as well. I hope the addition of DRS doesn't ruin the fun of playing where for every wicket you'll have to take DRS, I hope it doesn't mean the increase in bad decisions. DRS is not really important addition but however I think developers were forced to add it due to increasing demand.

See this is how it begins: to be clear, as yet I haven't officially "confirmed" any aspect... I have merely winked at you to suggest that there is a very strong chance indeed it will feature!
Games development is an iterative process, and features are added and taken away throughout as testing reveals whether they are worthy for inclusion, or whether their presence makes the game more or less fun.
Anything I say this side of the new year will be a good indication, but not a promise: I don't want people accusing me that I promised something that ends up not appearing in the final game. I'm never running that risk again!

That said, if DRS DOES make it in, I think an option to choose whether it is on or off would be certain.

this wish might be crap but why not lets have a small pre,mid & post session videos for a match which can contain super 4 , 6 wicket and even some best moments like real life cricket which can make game more intresting

It's something that is always in our minds, but I can't confirm that it will be there right now.

Very important. Rest assured, it's an area that's getting ceaseless attention, and always is. We're getting a lot of help from various Cricketing peoples, but I can't give you specific details of who just yet. It will come.

All of those are a yes in some way or another. But the first one is nailed on. I'm expecting you guys to do most of the hard work for us, or I'll never hear the end of it.

Any idea whether this will include beta testing for consoles? Or just PC?

How about different styles for batsmen, like Gayle and warner
being different to say ponting, cook being slow but hard to get out.
Maybe 5 different styles sounds like a great number, not all the shots
need to be different just few of them. This idea is not new but i would
love to make myself in the game with cooks style as i was slow like him
when i was a bit younger.

Just one more question, as everyone else is asking my others! Will there be a "save online game" option. You must realise its impossible to play a test online in one sitting. And since the game is based around the ashes. Tests are what your promoting.

How are trickstar looking to implement the new batting system? How much does tierdness, fatigue, running, stamina, bowler affect your batting! Vis a versa for bowling as well?
