Hmmm. I don't know if the official forum is a terribly reliable source of information! Sadly. I think I'll believe it when someone like Barmy or Matt hear something down the pipeline...

Ross has been nailing it to, he doesn't think they're making November.

All they're saying is that the release date is still November which is no different to saying the release date was still June 21st until it wasn't.

At this stage we now have a concrete date to be announced in November to work too and there is no chance it will be released earlier. The plan is to have it before the 1st Ashes Test in Australia late November

Missing the revised November release window is not an option

We have a revised production plan and we are sticking to it as we cannot afford to miss the November release window for obviously reasons.

So does this mean it's either November or Never?

That's what everyone is assuming. Hence why there's no chance of it being cancelled... As Matt said ages ago, they're releasing it no matter what.

Mike's first post could also (charitably) be construed as saying they will announce, as well as release, in November... which also chimes with what Ross is saying today.

That said, by now they must now if they have passed submissions or not... so if they are still pressing ahead with any announcements it looks like they will be able to release something. I am mightily surprised.
