I am editing default/shared ratings of Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh players and creating tri-series in the game... I had few things in my mind during rating these players (like not giving same rating to all and if player play pull/hook shot badly in the real life, than in the game I gave that player a 15-25 rating to his hook shot)... i hope, by giving variety of rating to different options makes and feel each player different... let's see how these works...

Decided just to play a game bowling as both teams again. Dry/Hard/Pristine/No Cracks (so as Road-Like as I can get it) on Pro/Hard, this time with modern day ODI format rules. Still not seeing the same collapsing during the powerplay as @wasteyouryouth. Afridi is playing very Afridi-like.

Wicket was a lovely LBW as Butt plays across the line of a full/straight one:

...aaaaand Afridi just holed out with the stupid back foot punch-chip to mid-on.

It's actually a big problem for the player when batting as well that one, they should change the animation for back-foot areal shots over mid-wicket/wide mid-on to a back-foot pull imo. That chip drive is just dumb.

I had it happening quite often, along with the pull shot on pitched ball that goes for a catch.

Finally an AI with 100 rated batsmen chases down 173 in a T20 with 8 wickets left and 2 overs to spare. Pro/hard Difficulty.

I did record it but to be honest the wickets were nothing to write home about. The run out was a gimme, where one batsman doesn't move but I'd already got three by then.

I'm playing on Fine/Hot I think. That is pretty weird, I've never seen a run-out in an ODI.

I just got my 7th wicket. Caught behind off a spinner. Except technically it wasn't caught behind because Sarfraz Khan had teleported in front of the stumps to take the catch almost immediately after the edge.

The biggest difference I'm noticing between these teams and the Aus/WI 92 teams I made is the number of cheap wickets. Apart from the nick they've all been awful.

Wasn't going to bowl with both teams but somehow I'll be surprised if I have to bowl 50 overs in the match.

I just realised I'm actually playing on Legend - not Pro - the settings musn't have saved after that game I played last night. Will have to try it on Pro after this game. Maybe it's too difficult for the AI, perhaps on Pro they might be able to cope with me.

You can change difficulty mid-game can't you? Does it actually work though?
