If they dont have any world wide release date,then i am sure it will take at least 1 month (after Uk release)to release in India

You've got to understand that eBay doesn't sell itself. If there is no retailer who is offering AC09 on eBay, there is none. eBay DO NOT sell anything.

2000 is not cheap in India. Average salary of a worker in India can be around 8000 Rs.

200 is cheap though.
