The problem is all the new generation batsman think 50 overs cricket is all about wham bam for all 50 overs. No one wants to apply themselves just get a quick 50 and get out. Building innings is something we do not see from teams like Bangladesh. Also the biggest concern for Bangladesh should be the reliance on Tamim, Shakib and Mushfiqur. If they fail the entire team fails. They need others to step up and do that immediately as you never know when either of them will retire.

Bangladesh may have seen a rise in world cricket but they are still backwards in terms of nurturing the talent they have, Afghanistan do the opposite. If they find a talent they are nurturing them well. Also with these smaller teams trying to make a name of themselves you will always see everyone trying to contribute.

On match, Jadeja has bowled exceptionally well and hope we can get them below 200. Afghanistan are doing good as well post the wickets and anything about 200 with Rashid and Mujib will be difficult to chase for Pakistan.

What did I say? Afghanistan might loose a wicket or two in succession but they will keep on applying themselves. 260 is more then a good total on this pitch with Rashid and Mujib in side. Pakistan will have to play really well.

Pakistan should be little bit careful. It is good they are playing sensibly and not loosing wicket but if the asking rate goes up to 6-7 and with Rashid it will only get difficult. Keep scoring and saving wickets at the same time.
