Looks good, I gotta beat AC2 and Brohood. AC1 is one of my fav on the PS3. Good to see Altair is back in Revelations, since this game is closing the Ezion/Altair chapter.

Also AC3 info has been leaked, releasing next year and ending Desmond arc.

I don't really see the point of this game, Ezio should've ended with Brotherhood imo
If you are a AC fan, you will like it. I can understand AC games are released every year but it's not like MW3 that quality decreases each year. Never got bored of it.

I definitely am an AC fan, but Revelations doesn't seem to impress me
I'll probably just rent it for the story

As they have correctly said, Ezio is actually an interesting character, see no reason why not to finish his life story. He has genuinely grown throughout the games, arching from young eager thief to *spoiler alert* a man in a war with responsibilty. *end of spoiler.*

Having 100% (excluding the stupid feathers) AC2, I like the sound of more varied locations, as well as the zipline ability to get around. Just hope there's plenty of scope for the assassinations, and I can really scope out a target before delivering the perfect 'walk-by poison stabbing.' Also, I'm looking forward to again walking through the streets throwing money around like I'm some kind of benevolent Robin Hood. As long as I can still poison a couple of guards while throwing money at them to see who's the most desperate for cash, I'll be happy haha

Simple minds, simple pleasures.

I'm still excited for the game, but honestly the only reason this game is coming out is so that Ubisoft can put Assassin's Creed in the COD formula by releasing a game every year. Expect AC III next year.

To be fair to them, not many people can execute such well rounded and quality in a year, so fair play to them. Thus far, they've also improved on each game.

Took a good basic formula in AC1 and improved it massively for AC2. Then took that and added multiplayer, that worked surprisingly well. As well as bringing in other members to work with.

Now, we get to leave Italy. Hopefully they continue the improvements, because as things stand, it's about the only thing Ubisoft do that isn't an absolute travesty haha

Only difference is that AC series actually releases quality game after every year.

Yes, there will be definately a game next year because *AC story spoilers below (not next game story). View only if you have completed it's first 3 games*
the game story is based on 21 December, 2012 end of the world and to release the game after that date will be meaningless as no one will play.

It's confirmed officially next game will come in next year and probably we'll play as Desmond as they won't have time to create another ancestor in short time but who knows, it's just my opinion. The story will end after this but they will create another game with a long gap with new story to continue their series that is also confirmed.

Yeah, I like how they continually add in a great story mode which feels completely different each time - ACB and AC II have campaigns which are structured completely differently. The multiplayer is also constantly being improved.

I just hope they don't eventually run out of steam and release generic sequels each year a la COD.

I'd be glad if Desmond wasn't in any games after AC III, I find him, Lucy and that other guy incredibly annoying as well as those other two people whose names escape me. They need someone good, so that the parts where you aren't in the past actually don't seem like a chore.

I think game would eventually evolve such that Desmond would learn all of Altair/Ezio's skills in real world as well and then he has to use that there to defeat the modern form of Templars.
Anyone finished the Brotherhood? tweaking awesome ending. Still AC2 ending was more amazing. I said WTF almost in synch with Desmond :p

Assassins Creed with new story will do have all new characters, not based on or any relation with previous series.

You mean after AC3? AC3 will have Desmond and maybe throwbacks to Ezio and Altair (Revelations is the last game with them as playable characters).

AC4 (2013 or 14) will start a new story arc which might be connected the worlds of AC1-3 but different characters etc.
