Sri Lanka have made a cautious start to there first innings. They are 1/86 at lunch on day 2. The only wicket to fall was Murback when he skyied a catch to Hayden at mid-on off the bowling of Shaun Tait. Tharanga is not out on 36 and is looking in good touch alongside Sangakkara who is not out on 25

Sri Lanka suffer batting collapse

Sri Lanka have has a major batting collapse, losing 3 wickets in 2 overs to be 5/254 at Stumps on Day 2. Sangakarra made a brilliant 116 but then got an edge to Gilchrist. Just a few balls later Brett Lee bowled Jayawardene for 20 and then Johnson got Samarweera LBW for naught. Lee now has figures of 2/74 off 25 overs

AUSTRALIA DECLARE 324 RUNS IN FRONT OF SRI LANKA

Australia have a surprise declaration at Lunch on Day 4, 324 runs in front of the Sri Lanka. Australia made 125 runs in the session without the loss of a wickets. Clarke and Hussey built a nice partnership with Clarke making 80 not out and Hussey making 79 not out
