well cricinfo said that there should still be some early movement there for the fast men, so hopefully Lee, Bracken and Johnson can capitalise on that before we let Hogga and Cullen loose!

Relax and have a bit of faith in our top bowlers.

Also, don't forget that batting conservatively in an ODI is not equivalent to batting conservatively in a Test.

Boom what a start by Lee. 2nd ball and the inform Shahriar Nafees is gone.
This will put Bangladesh back as Nafees was one guy that could take it to the Aussies going on test form. Clearly hasn't carried that over to the ODI format.

lol, great start for Binga :D

BRACKEN STRIKES FIRST BALL!!!!

Saleh c Gilchrist b Bracken

Go AUSSIES!!! :D :happy

Geez, you have very high expectations :D

Both openers gone now. Very difficult now for Bangladesh now.

Think of the 1st test and you're see why. He took it to our pace attack like the English did. Without him Bangladesh would have been thrashed in both tests.

Clearly this pitch has life which the Bangladesh seamers seemed to have missed. There pacemen took some stick compared to the slow bowlers.

Bracken to Tushar Imran, out Bowled!! pitched up and angled away, Tushar Imran tries to for reach for it, but only manages the inside edge, his undoing, he has dragged it back on giving Bracken his second! T Imran b N Bracken 2(11) 4s-0 6s-0

Bracken to Saleh, out Caught by Gilchrist!! on target, just outside off, Saleh gets forward to defend, gets the outside edge and walks, simple catch for Gilchrist! R Saleh c A Gilchrist b N Bracken 0(1) 4s-0 6s-0

0.2 Lee to Shahriar Nafees, out Lbw!! swings in, good length and Shahriar Nafees is caught napping, struck in front, Brett Lee strikes first up! S Nafees lbw b B Lee 0(2) 4s-0 6s-0

Too me, there seems like theres nothing in the pitch besides that one ball from Lee...It's just that Bangladesh are doing everything wrong.

Well a bit of a riposte initiated by Omar here, with Bangla standing at 3/32. However, Bashar seems very uncomfortable at the crease against the new ball, judging from his current strike rate, which may force Omar to take unneccessary risks in pursuit of quick runs to near the asking rate.
