Looks like Ponting is trying to find a new all rounder in Hussey. 2nd time in 2 games hes used him. Surpising thing is Symonds hasn't been used yet but 2 part timers have.

Why isn't Ponting giving Johnson more of a bowl? Hes meant to be over here to gain experience but yet again hes only got 4 overs. It's not like he was getting smashed, only going at 3 an over.

Because Ponting would rather have batsmen who have already done their job do the bowling while Johnson can sit back and get paid for 4 overs of bowling.
