You can't trust on them , can you? They are tailenders after all.
who all have test 50's to their name

Warnie and Lee are able to score alot of runs, quicky - although Id bet on lee to last longer. And Dizzy can hold an end up all day if he has to - Id even suspect he might go in next depending on what the score is.

Its been a great test so far - I just think we will get the runs without too much trouble....I hope :upray

back to the clarke issue, you can't possibly drop him he hasn't batted since the 4th one day match in South Africa and you expect him to come back and make runs on this dodgy pitch? he missed out the entire test series in south africa so he is missing game time and this pitch clearly has been hard for batting they should give him the next test and see what he can do there, pretty harsh to drop him after only one test, and why is symonds even in the test team his pathetic, he averages like 18 with the bat and 45 with the ball and he can not bowl for crap, what does he ball? like 115km/h he can't even get above the 120km/h mark theres noway any batsman would be in trouble with that

For the sake of cricket, I hope Ponting and Gilchrist fall for less than 20 runs tomorrow morning. :) It will also give the Aussies a chance to reinstate their dominance, by showing that even their bowlers can win the game with the bat.

Our bowlers have won a number of games with the bat, the last test against SA is one. The 2nd test in the Ashes where they almost pulled off the impossible. It's better Aus have a convincing victory by coming from the dead.

what's this 'for the sake of cricket' rubbish?

if it were bangladesh about to cause an upset and beat india i guarentee it would not be 'for the sake of cricket'

-> ewwwwwww, James Hopes has replaced Watson in the ODI team because of that calf injury he sustained in the Pura Cup Final...i feel sick now

Yes it'll be good for cricket no doubt but someone else can be Bangladesh's first big win. We are keeping our record in tact!

And Gilchrist is gone, with the first ball he faced on day five for 12.

Well this has got interesting, even if Ponting stays in Aus may not win. It's all up to the lower order to stay with him. Rafique is looking dangerous again.

I think if Ponting is there at the end they will have won. He is more than likely to have scored 70 odd runs by the time 4 more wickets go down.

However if he gets out with anything more than 30-40 to get, I'd say Bangladesh will be fancying their chances.. (not that they won't be anyway)

Another one down! Warne LBW. This is going to be a stunning finish.

Warne is out :( This isn't looking good at all. 76 runs off with Rafique ripping us apart. As I said Ponting can still be there and we could lose.

That was a very average LBW from Aleem if he can say that's definatly going to hit the stumps he should be paid alot more.

Lee should bat above Warne.

From what I have heard, the umpiring has been poor. Aleem Dar has had a terrible year.

Yep that was a poor call but I've been hearing this from the Aussies online :) Anyway doesn't surpise me one bit if Dar did make yet another shocker. Hopefully it isn't the deciding factor in the biggest upset in cricket history.
