I think the opposite if bangladesh want to win they need to bowl there quicks for the first 30-40mins.
If the aussies continue to bat smart tomorrow the spinners shouldnt be a problem as they can get to the pitch of the ball and negate the low bounce and spin.
They cant do much about the quickies when there on target except block, if they try to play shots the low bounce will see them get out.
If 1 wicket falls quickly tomorrow its game on.
If Aus get 20 + runs before a wicket falls it should be in the bag.
Sure Martyn helped us win the last match but so did Hussey.
Why was Martyn doing it with ease and never looking troubled out there but as soon as he got his 100 he struggled and got himself out,why couldnt he finish the job.
Also how many times has Martyn failed when we needed him compared to how many times hes actually produced the goods and helped save us.
He fails more often when needed.
Look at all his crap scores before he finally got that century.
He gets out far too cheaply too often then when his heads on the chopping block he finally does something with the bat.
Then he goes back to failing.
Im still disgraced by this performance no matter what the result is.
We should have made the hard decisions after the last ashes and brang in some new talent.
Cosgrove,Jaques,Clarke and even Katich Atleast 1 maybe 2 of these guys should be in the team permanently, so that we have young guys ready to take over form the retirees.
As it is now all our batsmen are going to retire about the same time and we will need to replace them with guys untested at this level.
Our batting lineup in about 2 years time will be something like this
Jaques,Hussey,Ponting,Cosgrove,Clarke,Katich,new Wicket Keeper.
Because our selectors have been so afraid to blood new talent at the expense of an older player.
Those guys are going to need to walk straight into the team and perform straight away.
