Whatan absolutely beautiful delivery from Harmy to bowl Clarke; completely outfoxed him with the slower yorker.

And Gold, of course Gilo earned the wicket of Gilchrist. He bowled into the rough, and drew Gilly into a false shot.

Don't understand what Gilchrist was trying to do. And Clarke couldn't defend in the end.

So far England is the favourite, but Australia needs only 107 runs.

Gilchrist was too over-confident, attempting to loft Giles over mid wicket. And I think that's a bit harsh on Clarke. His innings was the best of the Aussies today, he was just undone by Harmy at the end. Although I don't know why he was whinging at Freddie for bowling shin high full-tosses for.

I agree though Zahid, 'it ain't over till the fat lady sings', as they say.

A lot of people will lose some vCash tomorrow if England wins.

And the last partnership of England of 51 is now being vital.

never ever underestimate us!! because it will come back and bite you in the ass!!! :D Great day, looking forward to tomorrow because as its already been said, it aint over yet!

Waddya mean it aint over yet? Its all over folks, and England will walk home with the Ashes :happy

You missed an entertaining hour mate. More so if you're an England fan - although Warnie hit a couple of cracking 6's. Sets it up superbly for the remaining 3 matches - assuming we do win tomorrow. Not often you guys have to pray for rain :D

Aus need a miracle from here. Had Clarke stayed in they had a chance to win but now we are going into miracle terrority,

Australia played pretty stupidly there. I really have to question Pontings captaincy. FIrst he goes and fields, then he uses Lee when hes going at 7 runs per over. Why diddn't he give Clarke a go? The batting was a shambles in both innings. Australia need to get their act together. I think McGrath being out was a huge factor in their almost certain loss. What great luck for england.

They did very well in the 2nd inns to restrict England. But batting players just did not stay in and make big scores.

It's always lucky when a player of his standards gets injured but we have capitalised on it well i feel. I put part of my thoughts in the ash Giles thread

But to recap i said that the harmison delivery to Clarke was superb. That imo is what makes a great bowler despite not bowling well in the 1st innings he can still bowl a ball like that. :clap

Very good point, Jones is quite handy with the bat.
