Is there a match happening? Sorry I might have dozed off in between.

I think it is just good old fashioned cricket at play here. We arent used to it as spectators, but Australia is doing the right thing here. They are taking their time to settle in and trying to score big. Good match going on here.

Well played Usman. Green also looking dangerous. First two sessions were shared but the final session definitely goes to Australia. Tomorrow could be another leather hunt for our bowlers.

This is good. After a long time, a proper day's game of cricket.

Lot many people I spoke to, in India seem worried that the Aussie shave piled on 255. I think, the pitch is decent enough to last 4-5 days here. As mentioned previously, the BCCI wont take any chances with the Motera, especially in the World Cup year.

Thankfully they didn't rename BGT as the Modi Trophy, else this would have been the reward that the teams would've gotten.
To celebrate 75 years of Indo-Australian friendship through cricket, the PM's Home Minister's son presented him with… a portrait of himself?

If we end up with 2-2 this will be a serious blemish on Rohit's record as a captain considering how well we have done at home in the last few years

Modi getting felicitated in a Narendar Modi Stadium which is his hometown being presented by a souvenir of his close friend son which actually is a photo of himself.

Waah Modiji Waah.
In all fairness, looks like photo of Modi which would be put up at his residence after his passing. I thought, in Hinduism, we don't give out photo frames like this.

I thought the bowlers bowled too many balls on the pads to which the visitors milked merry. Hopefully, our bowlers pick up the line and length (4th and 5th stump line ideally seemed to be potent).

I can see Australia posting 400-450 ish tomorrow and India batsmen going neck and neck as well before the wicket starts to take appreciable turn on Day 3.

Seems like a good wicket so far to me. Batting isn't easy but you can rewarded for clinging on. On the flip side, leg side balls are very easy to put away but troubles the batsmen when bowled at 4th and 5th stump line on a hard length.

IND taking no chance here. I think this one heading for a draw. Such is the pitch. Such is the mindset. Add more inconsistent line and abysmal fielding to this, IND may embrace L as well.
