It's hard to describe with just a basic list, there are some guys who just have the knack of bowling spells at around 150 or 145 quite often and some who do it a lot less, but can still create the odd burst of pace.

Just about everyone on that list can hit 145 consistently though. I think once you get to 149-155 area that extra 5-10ks can create problems for event decent batsman. The chance for error goes up and the ball tends to carry a lot more.
