Only ODI cricket he has played outside Australia was in the WC and NZ.

Didn't I tell you already that he never maintained his pace even during the 07 WC. Not even Brett Lee keeps his pace at 150km/h for the full 10 overs so I don't know why you are expecting Tait to do so. As for Tait not maintaining his speed for 4 overs, well guess what his 3rd over is still in the 150s.
