This is`nt the typical Indian stadium with huge a capacity. Its one of our non-regular centers. The real fun would begin when we get into the bigger venues in Delhi, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Mohali and Mumbai.

harbhajan blows hot and cold ! he always thinks he can outsmart the batsman and in the process tries too many things....
an off spinner needs to flight the delivery, tease the batsman outside
off stump and bring it in with the occasional top spinner or doosra !

Exactly, it would`nt be too hard to look at his pitch maps over the past year or so and analyze what he has been doing. He has been dishing out this 'darts-on-middle-stump' crap for a long time now and still even then Dhoni and the selectors has been showing faith on him. They must all realize that ODI cricket is`nt about containment anymore. You cannot contain a side to 250-odd if they do not lose wickets. Harbhajan has become far too negative to warrant a spot in the side.

Where is surendar now? He keeps bestowing faith on the legendary spinners and keeps baying for the blood of the seamers. Its been the seamers and the batsmen who have won us games and series over the past couple of years and not the spinners. I repeat it again, he is the most overrated spinner in the world. Even in the Champions Trophy game against Pakistan, we gave away a big total only because Harbhajan could`nt buy a wicket once the seamers had got 3 early wickets.

Disappointing that Ponting could keep going, if he was there around the death overs this score could have got massive. White needs to be there come the death overs and powerplay. It is the perfect way for Voges to come in as well.

Iam disappointed that we do not have the guts to drop Harbhajan. This is not out of frustration but he is the most overrated spinner in the world. He does not even get the basics of offspin right. He is an off spinner for heavens` sake. Why does he keep bowling on middle and leg all the time! An off-spinner should bowl on and around off stump. Don`t jump on me for saying this. He has been mediocre in ODIs. When you could drop Dravid, why not this highly overrated bowler. His average stats in ODIs are about the 1/55 kind of stats. Most of our part time spinners would manage that. Don`t point to one-off 5ers like in the Sri Lanka final. In fact, the only team he seems to do well against is Sri Lanka. If you remember, even in 2007 in the game at Mumbai when Murali Karthik was ripping the Aussies apart, he failed to get a wicket. Its high time we drop him and give someone like Mishra or Ojha a chance to be our specialist spinner. They`d at least provide better attacking options to the side.

As I post, he keeps feeding batsmen on middle and leg. Someone remind him that he is`nt a leg spinner.

That, I find is what entices things though. He's one of those shady characters that is a bit of a hit and miss bowler. He's going at under a run a ball now though so things have piped down a fair bit.
