Squads should be posted as soon as you know which team you're managing, i.e. as soon as you read this post. They should be posted before 06:00 PM (IST) [12:30 PM (GMT)], Tomorrow. The squads must be accordingly these rules;

• Squad must include 15 members only; no short or no more than that.
• Each squad must include at least one genuine Wicket Keeper or Wicket Keeping Batsman.
• Changes to squad can be made before deadline - 06:00 PM (IST) [12:30 PM (GMT)], Tomorrow.
• Players retired from all forms of cricket before 2015 ICC World Championship or players facing ban, etc are not allowed. Only International/Domestic players who are active in International and/or Domestic circuit are allowed. By International or Domestic, it is recommended that player must have at least one FC/List-A/T20 appearance. Players with domestic appearance(s) but without International cap are not restricted.

By the way, reference to Sachin Tendulkar playing MCL match would not be valid here. It's a charity league and Sachin has already retired in November 2013, from all forms of Cricket. Retired International players but those still active in domestic circuit are valid, means players such as Hussey, Kallis, Sangakkara, etc who continued to participate in major domestic leagues.
