McCullum has out-batted and out-kept Dhoni this series easily in all forms of the game.

McCullum has failed so many times opening the batting in ODIs.

Dhoni is the premier ODI batsman in the world right now, McCullum isn't even close. Maybe in tests, but Dhoni has been pretty good in that as well.

Out kept, possibly. Especially with that Dravid dismissal.

OMG! where the hell is Kamran Akmal? *rolleyes*

You're joking aren't you?

McCullum confirmed his superiority in Test cricket in the recent NZ-India series, outbatted and outkept Dhoni. The catch off Dravid, premeditating the sweep shot was genius. Dhoni's still miles ahead of everyone in ODi's though, purely for his batting.

He hasn't really outbatting Dhoni too much. He has an extra innings and an extra 71 runs - not a great different. Outkeeping an injured Dhoni is not a magnificant achievement either. Anyone can tell that Dhoni's keeping has been below his usually high standards, in this series.

As the poll says MS Dhoni is the Best Keeper - Batsmen

Wonder why M Prior didn't get any vote :laugh

Probably because he can't catch, but he's easily the best performing Test batsman out of the options. Average of over 50 in the last 18 months. Gotta count for something.

I sort of feel that Sangakkara should have been in the poll. I know he doesn't keep wicket in tests atm but he did for the majority of his test career. Him not keeping=prior keeping, just about the same thing.

GOSH! no, I'm dead serious.

I'm actually not spamming, just showing my worries and frustrations at PCB. I really wish they worked as ACB or ECB work, things on field would be alot better. How can you still have a wicket keeper such as Kamran Akmal in a country with Raw talent.

PCB offical: How about putting this wicket keeper in the national team?

PCB Chairman: No, hes not wack enough.

Sanga is the best keeper in the world, only gave up the gloves to concentrate on batting. I still think he's better then Jayawardene.

He'd def. get my vote.

McCullum didn't have a great ODI series sure, but it's much harder opening the batting and setting the game up for your side with a quick start than it is farming not outs down at number 6 after Sehwag has done most of the work. Dhoni's record is ridiculously inflated by not-outs.

Haddin's keeping is "impressive"?

Compared to who?

He is worse than Kamran Akmal, he dropped and missed catches in every single match I watched or listened to last summer, not to mention all the byes he conceded.

I am not joking, it was every match, he is the worst keeper I have seen, not even Akmal misses a chance every match.

I feel that its equally dificult taking a team from 200/5 from 40 overs to 300 in 50 overs and opening the batting. How many times have we seen Dhoni bat down the order and put on a 100 run stand to lift India into a strong batting position?
