It could have been just a die hard pakistani fan we all know how many are out there

hmmmm, strange. Hansie Cronje was killed in a plane crash just after being exposed for match fixing, now this. Seems there might be more forces at play here....

Hmm this is very interesting. I don't think suicide, heart attack maybe? Although the marks on the neck are extremely suspicious.

Woolmer had also been receiving threats from pakistan fans , and PCB told they will not going to take this threats as imple , they will investigate the whole thing , The whole thing is mystery

Just because they call it suspicious doesn't automatically mean it has to be suicide or murder. It could be suspicious because they have yet to recieve the toxicology reports, he was a diabetic, that can be a hard thing to control if things go wrong. Don't assume there's foul play at work.

in the news its said that pak vs ireland match was fixed and bob woolmer worte that in his letter after he died.

Don't behave like Sarfarz Nawaz. Are you the one who's investigating this?

After discussion I am reopening this thread.

Please no discussion on the closure/opening of the thread. Let's keep to the unfortunate topic in hand and I would ask that it is kept respectful.

Thanks

Whilst this thread has been reopened, I'd prefer it if we could not speculate, and only discuss things that have actually been reported. Links to any articles would also be appreciated, rather than "I just saw it on the news". Something concrete please! I strongly suspect that rumours of match-fixing are started by people who are just annoyed that Pakistan lost to a team that played better on the day.

I think we should all remember that Bob Woolmer has a family. Perhaps we should let the man rest in peace and not engage in scurrilous speculation over the circumstances of his death.

If you want to do that, it's your choice. I'd prefer to show some respect.
