It may be due to Match fixing because news channel are saying here that Bob Woolmer was killed because he wanted to unearth the match fixing scandals in his upcoming book.Sarfaraz Nawaaz made a comment that Bob Woolmer was killed because he came to know that Ireland-Pak match was fixed.Bookie market earned a lot after this match.

What a load of tosh. Ireland beat Pakistan fair and square, get over it.

Although, on the speculating how he died side. It's most likely a heart attack, the facts seem to suggest, his wife saying he was having heart trouble, the travel was getting to him, too much stress and that he intended to give it up for his health. Just sounds like it caught up with him quicker than he thought.

Not that I want to propagate any rumors, but I cant help noting that the autopsy was inconclusive. I was fully expecting them to note a massive heart attack and a clogged coronary artery as the cause of death. After all he was diabetic and that is a coronary equivalent, and he also had sleep apnea which is also a risk factor for cardiac disease. The fact that they did not find that is somewhat disconcerting to me. I truly hope its nothing like that though.

And for God's sake people stop quoting that publicity hungry bitch named Sarfraz Nawaz. He will say anything and everything in order to stay in the newspapers.

GeoTV just went live to the conference via telephone, it seemed to be an extremely short statement. It looks like they have just said that the death was "suspicious". Thats all they have said so far. No further details. The audio quality was quite poor so I could not understand half of it. There will be further press updates tomorrow morning apparently.

This is absolutely disgusting. I am watching IBN7 Indian TV online live, and they are going completely berserk with over the top coverage of this. The most disgusting part is that they have gone as far as showing a Photoshopped image of Woolmer with a cyanotic (blue) face and describing in lurid details how his face was noted to be blue while his hands were completely white. As if that proves anything. AND guess who are they talking to live? Yes, dear old Sarfraz Nawaz, who is openly saying now that both the WI and Ireland games were fixed, Woolmer was about to go public with this, and the betting syndicates got him and silenced him. That Cronje was also silenced similarly and now "they" have gotten to Woolmer also. Of course the Indian IBN interviewers are lapping it all up and goading him more and more into making such claims. I am absolutely gutted. They actually showed a disgusting photoshopped image of Woolmer of what he would have looked like when he had died. How low can you go? Just how low can you go??

I actually saw that too. And I thought that face was real, till they zoomed out of his face and saw it was fake. : And they repeated Nawaz's comments about four times in a row. Each time after a break for commercial.

Now I am hearing that Pakistan doesn't want to play against Zimbabwe. And I can't blame them after the latest allegations.
