I think Mr Shields has said numerous times "not ruling anything out" and considering the CCTV footage hasn't been seen in full then I can't possibly see how they can rule anyone out. Highly unlikely though.

Let's hope it all goes well though and the investigation doesn't have any major hiccups (like CCTV footage being lost, etc).

What happened to their claims of naming a culprit within 8-10 hours?
