to this day I have never received any text/email from them telling me the game is available to pick up (xbox version).

Ditto on that. They took all my personal details (address, DOB etc) to place my pre-order then didn't do the only thing I wanted from the pre-order.

i pre-ordered from Game in store. It was a free pre-order code, so i never cancelled it when i purchased the game elsewhere. to this day I have never received any text/email from them telling me the game is available to pick up (xbox version).

Same still have my pre-order receipt I know it's only valid for 48 hours after the release but still pre ordered from them.
