A nice easy win against Hampton Central. Should be looking to gain some more points, now.

I'm doing (touch wood) well against Justin. Bowled them out for 177, and am 35-0 off 7 overs. Samuel's hasn't done much but I'm still worried about Bird on a green pitch. We'll see how it goes.

A few 4s lately, really need this partnership to last though.

2.3 4 Sparrow to Masibulele
Lucky runs! Short of a good length delivery on the middle and off stump line. Masibulele is cramped for room but he goes for the cut. The ball clips the inside edge and races away to the vacant fine leg fence.
5.3 4 Swales to Chavhanga
Shot! Too full and straight, Chavhanga plays a superb straight drive, back past the bowler in fine fashion, Soft chases in vain from mid on.

End of Over 6: 26-1, runrate=4.33
Swales 3-0-12-1
Chavhanga* 11 (17 balls)
Masibulele 14 (16 balls)
Last Wicket: Ray c. Adams b. Swales 1 (FOW: 3/1)

Good game, handsome. You absolutely creamed my butt. I lost 8 for 21! Can you believe it! 8 for 21!

That's taking the BT collapse to a whole new level Sean.

Finally Masi and Chav forming a partnership don't think I've even seen that.

Just a casual single for Chav 50.

15.2 1 Soft to Chavhanga
Played out to square leg for the single.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Masi went maximum
23.5 6 Victory to Masibulele
Masibulele charges a good length ball outside off stump, gets a huge top edge over the slips and it sails all the way over the third man boundary.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

Won't be giving my bowlers a safety net with 300+ on the board so they're going to have to perform.

End of Over 33: 151-1, runrate=4.58
Piper 10-0-36-0
Chavhanga* 80 (105 balls)
Masibulele 66 (90 balls)
Last Wicket: Ray c. Adams b. Swales 1 (FOW: 3/1)

Quite the shocking 41st over.
40.4 W Swales to Chavhanga
Did that pitch in-line? Umpire says yes and the slow raise of the finger signals that Swales has got his man

40.6 W Swales to Masibulele
Oh it's Laurel and Hardy out there. What a mix-up and Masibulele is gone.

Good win WC/Amodh :clap And Sean, tough luck.. 8/21 is one of the worst collapses i have ever seen.

Its all dependent on your bowlers Syl.. Lets see what target you end up with,

BaggyBlues : End of Over 47: 229-3, runrate=4.87
Swales 9-0-51-2
Germon* 33 (21 balls)
Quintus 19 (16 balls)
Last Wicket: Masibulele Run Out 82 (FOW: 178/3)

Final target set by Baggy Blues,

End of Over 50: 255-3, runrate=5.10
Sparrow 10-0-64-0
Quintus* 33 (25 balls)
Germon 45 (30 balls)
Last Wicket: Masibulele Run Out 82 (FOW: 178/3)

Errrrrrrr ...
End of Over 47: 239-10, runrate=5.09
Eli 9-1-33-7
Padayachie* 108 (128 balls)

46.6 W Eli to Prince
Prince tries the reverse-sweep, top edge and caught comfortably by Paul
46.5 W Eli to Young
It was missing leg and off and hitting middle. Plumb LBW.
46.4 W Eli to Stokes
Superb catch behind by Paul.
46.3 . Eli to Stokes
No run, driven gently to the off.
46.2 W Eli to Nuttall
He was nick-named 'The Wall' at school, apparently. He must be a Floyd fan, because its certainly not because of his defensive shots.
46.1 W Eli to Raven
Out! A magnificent catch by Dancy in the outfield. He caught it while still suspended in the air. That'll go down as one of the great catches of the decade.

End of Over 46: 239-5, runrate=5.20
Dancy 8-0-48-1
Raven* 8 (6 balls)
Padayachie 108 (128 balls)
Last Wicket: Drury b. Eli 1 (FOW: 225/5)

Hitesh has been the star bowler of Baggy Blues these days.. isn't it? ;)

2.5 W Hitish to Adams
The slower delivery has done for Adams, as he lobs the ball back into Hitish's hands for the simplest of catches. Adams shakes his head as he trudges back to the pavilion.

A good check over the Run rate.

End of Over 6: 19-1, runrate=3.17, reqrunrate=5.39 (255-3)
Clayden 3-0-7-0
Otoole* 12 (20 balls)
Howard 3 (9 balls)
Last Wicket: Adams c & b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 9/1)

A bit unfortunate that my batsmen couldn't back up Eli's performance, though.

Syl is having very tough time with his bowlers.. Things not looking good for him,

End of Over 19: 111-1, runrate=5.84, reqrunrate=4.68 (255-3)
Hamed 5-0-40-0
Otoole* 49 (48 balls)
Howard 55 (60 balls)
Last Wicket: Adams c & b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 9/1)

One common thing between Baggy Blues and Hunting Tigers is, Both of our Hameds have been smashed for 40 runs without a wicket in first 5 overs today. :p

The Blind Society v Sneaky Penguins @ The Z-Dome

We can tell you that The Blind Society won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this sunny day.

The Blind Society have selected Stearman, Haishen, Holmshaw, Mavuso, Gomez, Bonner, Brookes, Floors, Carey, Elvins, Cambridge.

Sneaky Penguins have picked Burger, Pine, Daley, Fabian, Hedley, Swift, Clegg, Davison, Rogan, Roe, Lisbie.

End of Over 1: 11-0, runrate=11.00
Davison 1-0-11-0
Stearman* 1 (1 balls)
Haishen 10 (5 balls)

0.2 6 Davison to Haishen
That sailed out of the ground. It probably found the car park, which would explain why all of the car alarms are going off!
0.5 4 Davison to Haishen
Wide delivery. That's not quite off the middle of the bat but it will make it to the boundary. Poor delivery from Davison.

I doubt they are blind...

lol.. Nice flying start there by Zorax team..

And in Syl's match, his bowlers are yet to get the breakthrough,

End of Over 29: 158-1, runrate=5.45, reqrunrate=4.67 (255-3)
Sam 5-1-15-0
Howard* 68 (94 balls)
Otoole 82 (74 balls)
Last Wicket: Adams c & b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 9/1)

Not looking good for Syl..

1.5 . Rogan to Haishen
Yorker! Superb ball from Rogan but Haishen is up to the task and jams his bat down to keep the ball out. Good cricket all round.

A yorker from a penguin...

End of Over 2: 13-0, runrate=6.50
Rogan 1-0-2-0
Haishen* 11 (7 balls)
Stearman 2 (5 balls)

2.5 . Davison to Haishen
Haishen stands there bemused as if he never saw that one - that was a very fast delivery indeed.

Ofcourse, he is blind :p

End of Over 3: 15-0, runrate=5.00
Davison 2-0-13-0
Stearman* 3 (6 balls)
Haishen 12 (12 balls)

Rogans stamina is pulling him back...

End of Over 4: 24-0, runrate=6.00
Rogan 2-0-11-0
Haishen* 15 (13 balls)
Stearman 8 (12 balls)

Davison doing better

End of Over 5: 26-0, runrate=5.20
Davison 3-0-15-0
Stearman* 9 (15 balls)
Haishen 16 (16 balls)
