End of Over 7: 30-0, runrate=4.29
Davison 4-0-17-0
Stearman* 10 (20 balls)
Haishen 19 (23 balls)

Solid start. And Haishen is supposed to be the defensive one, Stearman the attacking :p

7.2 3 Rogan to Haishen
Haishen has found the gap and will pick up a three. Good work by Burger though.
7.5 4 Rogan to Haishen
That's a thunderous drive through the covers by Haishen and it's raced to the boundary. Four runs.

abys stamina really kills his prof bowling skill...

8.5 4 Davison to Stearman
FOUR, timing, pure timing! Stroked gently through the covers and it races to the fence before extra cover can so much as blink.

End of Over 9: 48-0, runrate=5.33
Davison 5-0-25-0
Stearman* 19 (28 balls)
Haishen 27 (27 balls)

things dont get better...

Some tight overs in progress for Syl raising the RRR of the opponent,

End of Over 36: 177-1, runrate=4.92, reqrunrate=5.64 (255-3)
Sawyer 8-1-37-0
Otoole* 91 (99 balls)
Howard 75 (112 balls)
Last Wicket: Adams c & b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 9/1)

Hamed has come back very well for 7 runs in 3 overs in his second spell. (Hamed 8-0-47-0)

Thats a great start Zorax.. Have to see Effine's batting though.

And in Syl's match,

End of Over 39: 195-1, runrate=5.00, reqrunrate=5.55 (255-3)
Hamed 10-0-64-0
Howard* 82 (119 balls)
Otoole 100 (111 balls)
Last Wicket: Adams c & b. Hitish 1 (FOW: 9/1)

This reminds me one of our matches where Syl had 9 wickets in hand while entering the 40-50 overs with RRR>9... In the end, Syl won in it with around 2 overs to spare.

40.1 W Hitish to Howard
Off the gloves into Masibulele's hands... I'm not sure what's worse, being out or getting hit on the fingers with a ball of that speed. OUCH!

Its Hitesh once again doing the trick for Syl... Can this initiate the collapse? ;) Lets see..

13.1 W Roe to Stearman
There's an example of the variety that Roe brings to this bowling attack. That delivery totally fooled Stearman and his stumps are gone!

BEST BAT GONE!!!

Roe = Cash :P

Runs and wicket coming up for Syl,

Code:
41.6 W	Sam to Thorp
 	 	[COLOR="Red"][B]Excelent stumping by Masibulele![/B][/COLOR]
41.5 4	Sam to Thorp
Shortish delivery, drifts away and cuts back in, pulled safely down the ground through mid wicket for a boundary.
41.4 1	Sam to Otoole
Wide of off, guided down to third man for a quick single.
41.3 1	Sam to Thorp
Flicked around to the deep mid wicket region.
41.2 1	Sam to Otoole
Flicked off his feet to deep square leg.
41.1 1	Sam to Thorp
Smart batting by Thorp. Rotating the strike and picking up a quick single.

Code:
42.4 4	Hitish to Shami
Straight bat, he managed to get the ball into the gap past cover and a boundary is the result.

With around 30+ to get, the match is going away from Baggy Blues.

End of Over 43: 220-3, runrate=5.12, reqrunrate=5.14 (255-3)
Hitish 7-0-46-2
Otoole* 106 (117 balls)
Shami 6 (3 balls)
Last Wicket: Thorp st. Masibulele b. Sam 12 (FOW: 211/3)

End of Over 17: 79-1, runrate=4.65
Clegg 4-0-20-0
Haishen* 44 (55 balls)
Holmshaw 5 (10 balls)

Last Wicket: Stearman b. Roe 27 (FOW: 64/1)

Haishen is leading the way. Good start so far, will be looking to build with my more destructive batsmen to come.

A wicket for Syl, but i feel its too late...

43.6 W Sam to Shami
Brilliant! Fantastic bowling! Perfectly pitched off cutter, through the gate and Shami has lost his off stump! Just look at Sam, you'd think he won the lottery!

The Scorecard at the moment,

End of Over 45: 233-4, runrate=5.18, reqrunrate=4.60 (255-3)
Hitish 8-0-54-2
Siddiq* 6 (4 balls)
Otoole 111 (122 balls)
Last Wicket: Shami b. Sam 7 (FOW: 225/4)

Oh.. another wicket,

45.2 W Sam to Otoole
Marched down the wicket and the bails are whipped off accordingly

Its followed by a boundary,

45.3 4 Sam to Sparrow
Steele makes a hash of things at the wide long-off boundary, letting the ball through his legs for four. Sam glares at Steele as if he's just caught him leafing through some top-shelf smut.

Another 20 runs in the target would have made a difference...

End of Over 21: 88-1, runrate=4.19
Lisbie 1-0-3-0
Holmshaw* 10 (18 balls)
Haishen 48 (71 balls)

Last Wicket: Stearman b. Roe 27 (FOW: 64/1)

Things have slowed down a bit, but they are just setting up for the massive slog towards the end...

The match is over.. Winning runs,

7.2 4 Sam to Siddiq
That shot by Siddiq was worth the admission money alone. Four glorious runs.

And that's the end of the match. Blanco Blitzers won by 5 wickets.

Baggy Blues 255-3
Blanco Blitzers 259-5

Tough luck Syl!

23.4 1 Rogan to Haishen
Runs it away fine for a quick single.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

A fifty on Debut :) Nice job.

End of Over 29: 122-1, runrate=4.21
Lisbie 5-0-19-0
Haishen* 57 (92 balls)
Holmshaw 33 (45 balls)

Last Wicket: Stearman b. Roe 27 (FOW: 64/1)

Holmshaw is getting into the act, the pace is quickining a bit now.

My match against BC is turned out to be an absolute thriller! BC's team bowled very well to restrict my team! And then my bowlers put on an equally impressive show & after several twists & turns,

Code:
And that's the end of the match. DeViLiSh AnGeLs won by 1 wickets.
Sri Krishna Team	156-10
DeViLiSh AnGeLs	160-9

So, a superb win for BC in what was a very exciting match! Well done, BC! The plus things for me were Harley's 5 catches & the spirited performance of my bowlers despite being on low fitness & also Dangasela's batting with the tail-enders! For you, Rampaul was amazing :)

Wow what a match....i thought i had lost it for a second :| really well done by ur bowlers. I always knew that it would be tough against ur opening bowlers so i had Kadir on attacking and karthikyen on defensive, but they still didnt survive. Thank god rampaul played well or my team would have registered another upset

well done once again (y)

End of Over 33: 150-1, runrate=4.55
Clegg 7-1-39-0
Holmshaw* 46 (59 balls)
Haishen 71 (103 balls)

Last Wicket: Stearman b. Roe 27 (FOW: 64/1)

Both batsmen turning up the heat now with plenty of battig to come. So looking good :)
