You do realise, you'll never hear the end of it from me if you lose this one :p

Someone's just bitter because I hammered them on Sunday :p

End of Over 7 (2 runs). Old Wulfs: 17-0, runrate=2.43 (1st Inn: 408-3 dec)
Trail by 107 runs. (Jetplane Landing 403-2 dec & 129-10)
Mackay 4-0-7-0
Heath* 9 (19 balls)
Mason 5 (24 balls)

Looking good so far.

I've got a crap team in a crap league. Still coming first. :p Thrashed the only other active team in my league who looked like challenging me - he promises a better game next time we play...

I beat a Bot. Again. w00t.

Trying to avoid it actually. Hoping to come second by points. I'm avoidng as many bonus points as I can while he is trying to earn them.

I might promote in OD though.

Will you come last if you get promoted? West Indies is so easy lol

Barrowdale opening spell was top notch with 3/26 off 7 overs. Clayden as 1st change did even better with 3-27 off 10.

End of Over 40: 172-7, runrate=4.30
Clayden 10-0-27-3
Edwards* 4 (8 balls)
Whitehorne 4 (3 balls)
Last Wicket: Jegaruban c. Chavhanga b. Clayden 45 (FOW: 168/7)

Rested my star batters from FC so hopefully they perform better today. Chav is at lively, Masi invigorated.

Barrowdale picked up his first 5 fer for BB with figures of 5-35 off 9 overs.
Chasing 204, Baggy Blues got to the target with 14 overs to spare and 8 wickets. Thought the collapse might occur again when I lost Masi for 56 and Ray. But Chav stepped up with yet another unbeaten 50 and Quintus chipped in with 49.

44.6 4 Bacon to Hodgson
Driven square through backward point and that's a lovely shot. Hodgson hardly sets off to run, knowing it's four all the way.
44.5 4 Bacon to Hodgson
Edged through the slip cordon for four.
44.4 1 Bacon to Wylie
Timed well and out of the middle of the bat. A good stop by Rahim saves a certain four.
44.3 4 Bacon to Wylie
Wylie is onto that in a flash and pulls it to the mid wicket boundary for four.
And that's a century for Wylie! Well played indeed Sir!
44.2 1 Bacon to Hodgson
Driven to the left of mid on who makes a leaping stop. Good fielding as he ran ten yards before throwing himself full stretch to grab the ball.
44.1 1 Bacon to Wylie
Short ball from Bacon and it's smartly cut through a vacant gully region for a solitary run.

End of Over 45: 250-2, runrate=5.56
Bacon 8-0-54-0
Wylie* 104 (101 balls)
Hodgson 21 (21 balls)
Last Wicket: Watson st. Goodlad b. Crossley 81 (FOW: 200/2)

On course for 300.

End of Over 50: 285-8, runrate=5.70
Kirk 10-0-58-3
Wylie* 117 (112 balls)
Hirst 4 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Crabb c. Goodlad b. Kirk 1 (FOW: 281/8)

Did quite well and just noticed it's an uneven pitch. A bowlers pitch but they have prof top order and feeb middle and lower... may be close.

Syl won the toss and elected to bat.

Got off to a not so good start, but Myall, oh MYALL is playing very well.

5.1 W Hitish to Robinson
Marvelous piece of bowling that!

End of Over 15: 74-1, runrate=4.93
Mohammed 1-0-9-0
Jepson* 16 (24 balls)
Myall 46 (45 balls)
Last Wicket: Robinson b. Hitish 10 (FOW: 21/1)

36.5 2 Hamed to Myall
What a piece of fielding there by Hitish, he really got behind that to stop the boundary.
And that's a century for Myall! Well played indeed Sir!

He's delivered under pressure. Terrific knock, :clap

End of Over 37: 175-4, runrate=4.73
Hamed 7-0-43-0
Bridges* 3 (5 balls)
Myall 101 (107 balls)
Last Wicket: Saich b. Clayden 10 (FOW: 167/4)

Hes finally gone.

48.4 W Hitish to Myall
Myall goes for a full-blooded drive and only succeeds in edging that one to first slip where Quintus takes a comfortable catch.

Then Garricks smashes back to back four.

48.6 4 Hitish to Garricks
The batsman advances down the pitch and smacks the ball high over Hitish's head. One bounce and four!
48.5 4 Hitish to Garricks
Short, the batsman anticipated the delivery and picked it up to deep mid wicket, one bounce and four.

End of Over 49: 259-5, runrate=5.29
Hitish 10-0-74-2
Bridges* 26 (37 balls)
Garricks 8 (2 balls)
Last Wicket: Myall c. Quintus b. Hitish 154 (FOW: 251/5)

Bridges starts the final over off with a boundary.

49.1 4 Borrowdale to Bridges
Thwack! Short and Bridges murders it past square leg. A ferocious pull shot.

and falls next ball.

49.2 W Borrowdale to Bridges
Bowled him! Good length ball with a hint of swing, misjudgement from Bridges as it clatters into off stump!

And Lisbie falls first ball.

49.3 W Borrowdale to Lisbie
Hook, line and sinker! The short ball is too hard to resist for Lisbie, who takes the bait and duly hooks it straight to the man waiting at deep backward square.

Followed by 2 singles and another wicket to end the innings.

49.6 W Borrowdale to Caskey
He's gone for the big heave, but it's gone way up in the air. Clayden gets himself underneath it and pockets the chance with glee. Out!

Here are the final 2 overs.

48: 111W44
49: 4WW11W

End of Over 50: 265-8, runrate=5.30
Borrowdale 10-1-52-3
Garricks* 9 (3 balls)
Longrigg 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Caskey c. Clayden b. Borrowdale 1 (FOW: 265/8)

Quite a competitive total there. Gonna be an interesting chase. I have to get Masi and Chav early or I'm screwed.

I just got Chav, I just got Chav, Woo hoo!

10.5 W Garricks to Chavhanga
Got him! Driven strongly down the ground by Chavhanga, but plucked from the air by Garricks as he followed through after his delivery stride. Wonderful reflexes!

Not looking good for me, need Germon and Masi to take me to within 20 of the total.

End of Over 26: 144-3, runrate=5.54, reqrunrate=5.08 (265-8)
Caskey 3-0-17-0
Germon* 23 (36 balls)
Masibulele 64 (66 balls)
Last Wicket: Quintus b. Longrigg 4 (FOW: 88/3)

End of Over 36: 188-3, runrate=5.22, reqrunrate=5.57 (265-8)
Lisbie 8-0-31-0
Germon* 38 (68 balls)
Masibulele 89 (95 balls)
Last Wicket: Quintus b. Longrigg 4 (FOW: 88/3)

I hate Masi!!!

Hehe just have to pray he makes a big 100 today rather than get out slightly after it. Germon better not get out either, taken his time today so he better guide me to a win.

Two 4s in a row keep it up guys.
36.6 4 Caskey to Germon
FOUR, timing, pure timing! Stroked gently through the covers and it races to the fence before extra cover can so much as blink.

37.1 4 Lisbie to Masibulele
Edged wide of Bridges and four.

Don't think I've seen this too often. Two milestones in the one over very colourful over!
40.4 1 Tahir to Masibulele
Easy single to long off.
And that's a century for Masibulele! Well played indeed Sir!
40.3 1 Tahir to Germon
Drop and run. Simple game
40.2 4 Tahir to Germon
Now that's just not good cricket. Tahir will not be happy with his delivery, and Garricks will not be happy with his fielding.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

End of Over 41: 217-3, runrate=5.29, reqrunrate=5.44 (265-8)
Tahir 6-0-43-1
Germon* 56 (86 balls)
Masibulele 100 (107 balls)
Last Wicket: Quintus b. Longrigg 4 (FOW: 88/3)
