End of Over 70 (Maiden). The Top Class Kids: 198-7, runrate=2.83
Proudlock 16-3-41-0
Roberts* 0 (2 balls)
Fitzpatrick 34 (116 balls)
Last Wicket: Carrington c. Rigby b. Gordon 14 (FOW: 198/7)

Im quite happy to have made it to around 200 on this wicket, my spinners are ready to pounce and trounce the opposition

I just realised that this is the first FC match where ive scored around 100 per session

Fitzpatrick added a nice 47 to help me over 200 but my bowlers will have to use the conditions ive given them if i have any hope of victory

Just thinking that I better get some bloody wickets before i go to work and then....

1.5 W Roberts to East
Oh what a catch! You won't see better this season. It looked a certain six but the lad plucked it out of the air at a full length dive!

I have a feeling that I might be able to rip through them before the end of the day, the conditions overhead are getting better each day but the wicket will break up so it will be even throughout the three days

I hated the idea of FC games but im coming second so now I love it lol

Low scoring games are so much more interesting!!! I never follow my games when they are just run fests

Last Wicket: Ghandi c. Bolland b. Macdonald 2 (FOW: 19/7)

A chance for my first ever FC win! My opponent is playing 2 really good players, and 1 decent one, and the rest are rubbish. Their 3 worthwhile players are their top 3 batsmen, so 2 wickets and I should run through the rest. Runs will be no problem with the bowling attack they've played. Just a bit of luck to take 2 wickets and I might be in...

End of Over 20 (3 runs). Jetplane Landing: 54-0, runrate=2.70
Stone 1-0-3-0
Duncum* 35 (47 balls)
Laird 17 (75 balls)

27.2 W Stone to Laird
That's gone straight off Laird's bat and into his face. It gets worse for him as he falls onto the stumps. That will be one to remember!

Knew I'd get Laird sooner or later. 1 more wicket and the carnage should begin...

Right. Just wanted to share this with y'all. I'm top of my OD and FC leagues, and I'm playing the guy who's 2nd in the FC league. On a flat pitch, he chose to bat first, made 366/4 and declared with 30 mins left in the day, and my batsmen have raced to 40 in 8 overs so far. That's a really interesting decision because he has got me back into the game. However, he denied me a chance of getting more bowling points.....interesting.

He's probably trying to maximise his chances of winning the game; he declared just after he got the last batting point. He's doing all he can to beat you.

I know. It's a brave decision and it's sort of paying dividends as one of my openers is out. However, my batsmen are quite good and it could backfire on him...hopefully.
