yes - a noob who wonders why worthless/strong/woefuls dont perform...

After 35 overs, Chris Gunners were 3/150 and in realistic conditions, I'd say they had already won the battle to score 250+. However, this is Battrick and they will struggle to pass 200.

Chris Gunners 169 (42.5)
Lucas 69
Cable 5/13 (5.5)
Moodley 3/46 (10.0)

WTF is going on. Lost my 2nd straight game, I didn't take the opponent lightly this game but still lost...I was 5/246 and was all out for that losing by 4 runs. BT is seriously screwing me over.

I declared on 320-2 yesterday setting them 170 to win, don't ask why and I lost. Yet to win my first FC game, looks like i'll get relegated which i think my side needs because we're really not going anywhere

Batting first in BT and FTP (first match) and doing well in both:

End of Over 27: 182-2, runrate=6.74
Vuyisa 7-0-71-0
Stiles* 52 (48 balls)
Gilroy 90 (62 balls)

The usual pair producing the goods.

End of over 42 (4 runs) - Old Wulfs(281-6) RR 6.69
Dowling 30 (25b), Tallon 136 (129b), Crane 6-0-35-2

Great knock by Tallon.

End of Over 27: 174-1, runrate=6.44
Hirst 7-0-28-0
Elliott* 105 (93 balls)
Groves 9 (12 balls)
Last Wicket: Finnigan c & b. Austin 55 (FOW: 146/1)

They have pretty much double what I have and odn't spend much time on BT now anyway...

End of Over 1: 1-2, runrate=1.00, reqrunrate=7.18 (352-3)
Alder 1-0-1-1
Porter* 1 (3 balls)
Farr 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Robert Run Out 0 (FOW: 1/2)

Think I might win this...

Easy enough but look at what ratings my team gets on GFI when they are all pretty much fully fit!!!

Blanco Blitzers
Top Order: mediocre
Middle Order: mediocre
Lower Order: abysmal
Seam Bowling: competent
Spin Bowling: competent
Fielding: mediocre

When I've finished training Garry and when Willetts is fully fit, could be competent on the batting ones too! :p

I bowled out a bot for 87, a bowler taking 9/9 in his 10 overs.
In reply, we hammered it down in 10.1 overs.
TIE.

And my ratings were:

lezamaCC The Blind Society
Top Order: worthless worthless
Middle Order: worthless worthless
Lower Order: worthless worthless
Seam Bowling: worthless worthless
Spin Bowling: worthless worthless
Fielding: worthless abysmal

MOTM: Swift
Makes one wonder what they have to do to lose to a Bot...

End of Over 17: 81-2, runrate=4.76, reqrunrate=1.18 (119-10)
Tau 4-0-10-2
Hiller* 46 (48 balls)
Pine 4 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Benn c & b. Tau 8 (FOW: 71/2)

Slowly killing them...

Sneaky Penguins Armadillos
Top Order: feeble abysmal
Middle Order: woeful woeful
Lower Order: abysmal abysmal
Seam Bowling: feeble woeful
Spin Bowling: mediocre mediocre
Fielding: mediocre woeful

Getting better and better...
