Yeah.

Congratulations on the easy win, innes. 234 run win shows a poor opponent(?) compared to you. Can't believe you declared 9 runs off another batting point though. :p

17.6 W Nkoe to Wardley
That one found its way through the thinnest of gaps between bat and pad, the ball then ripping the middle stump from the ground. It's still bouncing as Nkoe celebrates!

End of Over 18 (2 runs). Cheeky Whees CC: 26-5, runrate=1.44 (1st Inn: 91-10)
Trail by 244 runs. (Shore Athletic 361-3 dec)
Nkoe 9-4-12-3
Hessenthaler* 9 (36 balls)
Ramgoel 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Wardley b. Nkoe 4 (FOW: 26/5)

They were about this last innings before some lower order random hitting...

Yeh I needed full income...

Wotton always performs... he normally belts you around jaz :p Innes when your out of the cup i think we should have a friendly

Belts me around? I've only played you once iirc and he only scored 28*. Saying that, he probably would smack me around. :p

They are starting to do what they did in the first innings, and that is to make their lower order bat better than their top order..

Won by 6 wickets, woop woop! Fish was the backbone and Nicholls and Gore both chipped in with handy 20's while the rest crumbled.... At least for the next game Surmon and Teasedale will be back so the batting will be ALOT more solid.

41.4 W Dodd to Hessenthaler
Misjudged the line to a straight delivery; clean bowled. Hessenthaler shakes his head as he trudges off past the smiling Dodd.

The 72 run partnership comes to an end! The BT engine has annoyed me to no end in this match. They did virtually the same thing in the first innings! His batsmen are much worse than my bowlers... Oh well.

End of Over 42 (5 runs, 1b). Cheeky Whees CC: 104-6, runrate=2.48 (1st Inn: 91-10)
Trail by 166 runs. (Shore Athletic 361-3 dec)
Dodd 7-1-22-1
Trotman* 0 (1 balls)
Ramgoel 36 (72 balls)
Last Wicket: Hessenthaler b. Dodd 40 (FOW: 99/6)

The players are off the field for tea.

They should never of made it to tea. :noway

53.2 W Sotho to Saggers
Good length delivery which Saggers tentatively prods at and Hodge takes the catch. OUT!

Took longer than it should but a wins a win and its a good start to the FC season. Also get a day off tomorow. :)

And that's the end of the match. Shore Athletic won by an innings and 156 runs.

Well done Jaz, though their lower order seemed a wall to get through!
Yeah the team has a semi- bot, had I remembered I would have put out a weaker team but oh well. And if I miss 1st place in my FC league I know that declaration is what cost me!!

IF I go out of the cup Griffo :P
Haha, yeah go for it man, will probably be going out this weekend

Yeah their lower order was full of bowlers. The first innings they went from 25/6 to 91ao, whilst in the second innings they went from 26/5 to 114ao. The BT engine was definitely trying to screw me! :p Pilkington got 150* whilst Sotho got 10-47(match figures) so I'll give them joint MOTM.

Ha, if you do end up second by 1 point, I will laugh so much.

All I can say is WTF!

End of Over 7 (1 runs). Baggy Blues: 12-5, runrate=1.71 (1st Inn: 234-10)
Trail by 114 runs. (The Bulldogs 40-10 & 320-10)
Cantrell 4-2-4-3
Chavhanga* 5 (4 balls)
Rajasani 6 (9 balls)
Last Wicket: Masibulele c. Jan b. Cantrell 0 (FOW: 4/5)

And the comeback of the century is completed, all out for 33 Chav the lone hand with a record 9 ducks in an inns!

Last Wicket: Blizzard lbw b. Broad 0 (FOW: 3/2)

Innes, ill be out this weekend... send me the challenge! We will start the battrick comp ourselves

An absolutely gripping game going at the moment. pak11 batted first on an excellent pitch and amassed 498, Nippon Ham Fighters replied with 470. My strike bowler Wali, who averaged in the 90s as of two seasons ago, goes on a tear and has taken 7 out of the 7 wickets so far to reduce the opposition to 70-7.

End of Over 19 (Maiden). pak 11: 70-7, runrate=3.68 (1st Inn: 498-10)
Lead by 98 runs. (Nippon Ham Fighters 470-10)
Wali 10-6-4-7
