.....The only bad thing is, if thats what my bowlers have done to him, I'll probably be all out for under 30....

And that's the end of the match. Old Wulfs won by 164 runs.
Old Wulfs 205-10
BFN Bombers 41-10

41, not too far off my prediction then! Got Ludlam'd!

I like that phrase :p Still, you got more than the last time we played!

The most pleasing bit for me is how few runs you scored considering Samuel has been nowhere this season with his form hovering between woeful - mediocre. Clearly it was the conditions and that just made it easier for you to steam roll me.....

End of Over 31: 200-2, runrate=6.45
Townley 6-0-43-0
Bashir* 43 (45 balls)
Fordham 94 (80 balls)
Last Wicket: Britton c. Hendrie b. Dodd 4 (FOW: 122/2)

They should get nearly 400 if they go aggressive enough.

Bradshaw 111
Wharrad 3/65

Talk about a collapse thought I was in big trouble when he was
End of Over 72 (4 runs). Melbourne Storm: 238-2, runrate=3.31
Sawyer 21-5-45-1
Quinn* 84 (151 balls)
Partridge 11 (34 balls)

But thanks to Sawyer and Mampe with 3 wickets a piece and Woods cleaning the tail I restricted them to 255

End of Over 18 (2 runs). Baggy Blues: 64-2, runrate=3.56

Crouch 13 (11 balls)
Last Wicket: Stubbs b. Warren 21 (FOW: 40/2)

Well, I was hoping to get this game over and done with, but the fact that the pitch wasn't ideal for bowling has made things turn out slightly different.

End of Over 70 (1 runs). SSOB: 218-5, runrate=3.11 (1st Inn: 163-10)
Lead by 19 runs. (BFN Bombers 362-4 dec)

At this point I was annoyed ever so slightly due to the fact the game might drag on until tomorrow but then.....

70.5 W Bardsley to Newsome
Out! Newsome was struck right in front of all three. If he was fixing a leaky pipe he couldn't have been plumber!
70.4 W Bardsley to Neo
He's gone for a reverse sweep, mistimed it, and you don't get much more plumb than that!
70.3 W Bardsley to Scowcroft
Scowcroft hammers that one, but Samuel foils him and takes a great catch deep on the boundary.

..... happened Bardsley having a somewhat golden arm to dismiss centurion Scowcroft and then taking a further two wickets to compete a hattrick.

End of Over 73 (Maiden). SSOB: 222-9, runrate=3.04 (1st Inn: 163-10)
Lead by 23 runs. (BFN Bombers 362-4 dec)
Bardsley 10-2-27-3
Bowles* 4 (30 balls)
Cloete 0 (5 balls)
Last Wicket: Terry Run Out 0 (FOW: 222/9)
Hopefully the last wicket will tumble shortly.....
