Another impossible win, Fighting Mongooses had it in the bag before they turned Pakistan, losing 9/33 in their last 7 overs. Record Breakers struggled early, but needed only 30 runs after 45 overs and with 7 wickets in hand surely they wouldn't fall to the same fate as their opponent? Alas, they did. It proved to be a fine pitch for death bowling, but a forgettable one for spinners, who took 2/222 between the four of them.

Posted what I feel is a competitve total on this pitch. I was going at around 3.5 runs per over for about half of the innings so to pick up the rate was a good thing. Only one of my first XI bowlers isn't playing so I think I am in this game.
