Always get high scoring thrillers in the lower divisions.

I am playing my arch rival for the past few seasons. Currently it is 4-2 to him. Decided I am just going to make sure I bat out for 50 overs and get a total above 250 on a hard and fast:

One of those painful times when you hope for a wicket, but so far there's nothing to show for it.... Surmon is my best bat and is on attacking orders but seems quite happy to sit back and relax and watch Teasedale bat so sloow....

Really the sort of match that last season I would have lost because no other bowlers would be able to take advantage of Samuel taking an early wicket of one of the big openers, but Kelly really went beserk here. Hope this is a sign for the season ahead!

Had a pretty easy win but there was a hiccup or 2 along the way.

Bowled them out for 107 on a green pitch and had me 4/89 with only 1 recognized batsman left. Could've been disastrous.

Won my cup match today, against a bot. Made 331, with my keeper who I just put up for transfer listing due to his usual direness and poor batting, made 122 off 110, and gunned it with the gloves too. Bowled them out for 80, thanks to 4/8 from one of my 3 spinners, and everyone else chipping in.

Won my cup game easily. They got 4/227 off there 50 and then Fox (93no) and Oakley (64) both got yet another 50. I was 2/229 off 45 to cap off a pretty easy game.

A Good batting knock in the end, we scored nearly a hundred in the last 10. So it was a very good batting knock timed to perfection. Now we just have to bowl well, playing on a hard and fast surface and there is deff a chance they could win with them being the in the league above, but from what I remember they had the better bowling line up and my batting was where it could be won, just gotta hope my bowlers pull it out of the bag, They have done well so far this season!

Oakley is quite simply god for me. Another half ton, he's 76 not out after the first day. I bowled em out for 256 with Morrison taking 4, and now I'm 2-152 after 30 overs.
