We almost had it in England too.. The focus is not on our ODI performances abroad. Its on our test performances only. We have been a good ODI side even against England and Australia. There is nothing to be ashamed about. We won a T20 against Australia few days back in Aussie conditions. Had it been rain free in England, we could have even got really close there to winning the series.
Well played Ashwin! But I feel Rohit Sharma needs to give an account of himself soon. He cannot carry on for long like this without scoring much runs. If he wants to cement himself in the side, he has to score significant runs. Kohli as usual is a star player now and keeps growing in reputation.

Didn't I read prematch that Suresh Raina had been practising hard in the nets against short balls? Ooff, better practise a bit harder champ - those were some ugly, ugly shots vs the short stuff... He's just ensured that he'll get peppered for the rest of the series.

Agreed with Mac. We were on top on all the 4 matches in the Natwest ODIs. Rain spoiled the game..each and everytime. In one of the matches Bairstow played his 1st and only good innings.
