They're giving some thought to a 'doosra' that Sena bowls, but it to me it just like a sliding carrom ball. He definitely seems to give it the carrom-flick and the hand is thumb backwards not palm backwards. So it might go on with the seam a bit, but the spin on the ball stuns the delivery, if anything.

I'm telling you, Ponting does not fit at 3. Australia has to be 3/something low, so ponting should be at 4 and score from then.

What a debut Senanayake is having. I always thought he could the man for Lanka in future and so far is done a great job. 2 wickets for 45 in 10 Overs is indeed a good work.

Would love to see his batting as well (he can bat) if he gets chance.

Ford definitely had done his homework. Great fielding by the players. This is what I want to see. Good attacking captaincy backed by good bowling and fielding.

Now it's up to batsmen to get us there without major hiccup.

Although the req rr is creeping up but as long as SL have the wickets i think it shouldn't be a worry for them.They just need to look to build partnerships here.If one batsman could occupy one end for a long time and continue to make good partnerships with others it is not gonna be difficlut one for them

On the other hand Australia must look to pick up wickets at regular Intervals.Don't let them build partnerships,Don't allow them easy singles.So far they've done well by not giving them easy runs
