WHAT??? Not ready for international cricket? This attitude has not let us develop true genuine fast bowlers. Going behind control with such stubborn-ness is not good. Yadav has shown immense potential in the recent two test series he has played (against WI and in Australia). And he is not going to improve by playing matches in domestic cricket. Our domestic system only helps identify players. It does not improve players because of the gulf between our domestic and international cricket.

And, how many bowlers can we preserve for test cricket? We need ODI bowlers too, and some really quick ones at that. Tomorrow if Varun Aaron has a good time in test cricket, will you say Varun Aaron also has to be preserved for tests? Some guys can handle all formats. We just have to try them out. Yadav did well in the ODI's against WI at home on subcontinent wickets. I expect him to do better in the ODI's in Australia on livelier wickets.

Let see, India has committed this mistake quite a few times in past,
picking a young pace bowler when he is too raw and overusing him instead of grooming him and giving him some time, I don't want to see Yadav playing domestic cricket, our domestic structure is anyways flawed, but he should be concentrating only on test cricket at the moment and should be working on his bowling with Eric Simmons.
