Commonwealth Bank Series Feb-Mar 2011/12

If they lose..no matter how..their run rate will go down below India.

NRR doesn't matter mate. Head to head wins are compared first and India would go through on the basis of that if SL loses to Aus

Kohli just said they treated it as a T20

Alright Commentators just confirmed about confusion of NRR. That number of wins matters first. In that case India have won against SL more than SL against India. That means if Sri Lanka loses even by a 1 run, India are through.

If Australia win, Sri Lanka NRR will be in -ve i.e India will have more NRR.

Ah Ok. and when is this? Aus have qualifed already?

This series seems to have been going on for ages.

This is not likely to happen, with Aussies doing "just a win." Aussies really need to defeat Lanka like how India did today!

Lets make this simple and clear!

IF SL loses, India qualifies.

Have to feel for Dilshan--160 and he'll be lucky to get a byline. Sangakkara the same.

Malinga got knocked around like a rag doll. Hopefully someone finds a spatula to scrape him up and get him ready for Friday.

Go Australia now.. Have the balls to face us in the finals :p
