The team looks pretty balanced, that they didn't really want to pick players in the auction, they weren't financially supported, but Bracewell as main is okayish, could have picked T20 contract instead, but hey it's a nice pick regardless.
I think we had a pretty balanced squad from the start. We could have improved our financial situation by releasing some players but everyone was decent enough to warrant a position in the squad.
We have Buttler but he can be go on International Duty hence we though to pick either a local Wicket Keeper or an Overseas keeper to have back-up in that position, hence no good local Keeper-batsmen was present we went for Overseas keeper Bracewell, known for his aggressive style of play. We wanted to improve our bench strength in batting hence picked local batsman Redfern. We first want to improve our FC and List-A team hence we didn't target a T20 player.[DOUBLEPOST=1496863259][/DOUBLEPOST]

True, you have decent players that you didn't need to release. Nice move though, but still you had Alex Davies as backup keeper. However still you have options, that's good to see. Will be interesting to see your T20 tactics.

Looks solid, especially the bowling, wouldn't have two spinners unless the pitch suits them.

WoW we should have started with 2017 squads, I missed on Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Dane Vilas and Ryan McLaren.

Yep, McLaren is playing for Hampshire now, Chanderpaul is playing for other side which is out of 14 teams we have got.

What are the different types of techniques available though or it name your own?

I thought of adding more techniques but thought members will be confused, here are more

Batting Techniques:
Improving spin bowling
Improving fast bowling
Defensive technique
Aggressive shots

Bowling Techniques:
Defensive bowling
Aggressive bowling
Accuracy

Toby Lester will be our official waterboy.

You can at least give him a game. :p

I thought of a scenario where Butter will be on international duty and Davies will be injured but after stalking their Cricinfo profiles I came to know Jordan Clark can also keep.
Tom Smith or Bailey will replace one of them.
I also had my doubts on Hameeds limited over capabilities but his average in it gave me confidence in him.
Davies has a bad average in T20 though.

Damn, he occasionally keeps wicket. btw, I will release an international schedule, where players might be on duty, so you can be confident on picking them at right time.

You are talking about in game right? As in the real world they played an FC for Lancashire this past week
Will give detailed coaching sessions after I wake up first I need to sleep though.
If the cricketing gods will and bestow us a lead of a good margin in the initial games we can play him in final games.
Hey can we change players to receive coaching later as the league progress or it is one time thing?
I have some FC and list A tactis as I have won both the FC and OD cup with tier 3 team "Hyderabad" in Cricket Captain 2015.
