County Cricket | Week Seven

Hey can we change players to receive coaching later as the league progress or it is one time thing?

True, you can change the player's training and physio sessions.

Will give detailed coaching sessions after I wake up first I need to sleep though.

Rightly so, you deserve some, with the mess in mafia forum as well. :thumbs

You are talking about in game right?

Yes, using the Cricket Captain 2016 squads, so it's easier for me to navigate.

I have some FC and list A tactis as I have won both the FC and OD cup with tier 3 team "Hyderabad" in Cricket Captain 2015.

Nice, it definitely going to help here. :thumbs

Changing players and their trainings will help us in long term as at the moment our main palyers are on older side of the age as the league progress I would like my young players to take charge as the main players. Looking at you Saqib Mahmood and Jordan Clark.
Haha, the mafia thought it would take 15-20 minutes but it ended up taking more than an hour.

That's the whole point, training sessions are key in getting players prepared, especially young players, improving their ability.

nothing

Might have missed something, but what effect do the training sessions have on the players? Does the effect of the training last for a certain time or is it permanent? Same thing with the captain, any benefit to captaincy?

If you want to improve the players ability or want the player to perform well in certain department, you can assign the sessions. It does last for certain time, meaning you will at least have result that he can perform when given training.

At this point, you aren't sure about players performance, so give it a few games, you get to know who is lacking behind, with that been seen, you can improve certain players.

Captaincy is all about experience I suppose. Assigning a player who is experienced would do well both ways, while giving captaincy to a young and improving player, will be under pressure.

Putting captaincy on Liam Livingstone might backfire on us?[DOUBLEPOST=1496921688][/DOUBLEPOST]
