I think Ross meant you will get to rate the player on a scale of 1-5 (1-5 stars).

Yes. Its for porting the likes that are already there for the created players

Many will be unrated, most, we will use an algorithm that takes the number of likes into account to convert to a number of stars. They will then be given 10 votes at that level so that they can easily move up/down as the future votes come in.

At the moment, it's only available on pc.

Because it isn't signed - it's safe to run.

Disable your anti-virus before downloading, install it and turn it back on.
