Being serious, there should be a disabling button for DRS ross.

Ross, when would you like to release the game ?
meaning just you, aus cricket season or pommy season ?

Thanks for all the questions answered ross, this game should
be called legend cricket 2013.:yes

Im trying my best not to get over excited for this game but it appears to have everything! Having played Rugby League Live 2 alot it also shows Big Ant can back up their chat!

From whats being said about gameplay its looking like we will get the situations that most people have been caving. For example:

AI are 121-0 you cant buy a wicket. Suddenly you beat the outside edge hear a faint little edge and genuinely feel satisfied you have earned something.

I always felt that he catching cam in the previous games took away much of the element of surprise and suspense due to the fact that you knew for a fact the batsmen had definitely not hit the ball unless it changed camera. Therefore took away any excitement of the few play and misses that were there!

Would be interested to know who agrees with that and who doesn't! :cheers

Agreed - you need play and misses and then deciding whether to appeal or not and go to DRS etc

My question now is not related to the current topic.
Now Ross, apart from players created by us in cricket academy, obviously there will preloaded teams created by you for the game. Obviously there will be licensing issues, but for unlicensed teams, can you please add there original attributes (like bowling type, batting type, etc) to the correct player ( obviously with similar names not exact). For eg. S.Tendehar with correct attributes as in EA 2007 (RH Batsman, Right -arm Leg Spin, etc,).

PS- i'm asking this as in some games some times there are imaginary player names and attributes have been assigned to them randomly. Which makes it completely unrealistic.

Why not release 2 versions?
1. with commentary (for those members who have big memory)
2. Non commentary (For those members who have not got much memory)

Because they haven't announced the commentators yet.

Plus don't think it's all that necessary at the moment. If we can see the names that can be assigned, that is good enough. If the pronunciation is incorrect, I don't think there is much that can be done now anyways.

Attention to details just ashtonishes me. I sincerely hope this game is a huge success and is great as its sounds. :yes

I think personally the thing that stands out for me is it feel like a game that is made by people who understand the core aspects required in rugby.

Therefore straight away frustration when playing it is minimal as all the basic are covered and work smoothly.

Simple things like allowing your backs to run onto the ball at pace with a flat pass or fire a deeper pass gives you the room for variation and allows you attack the AI defense in different ways.

One thing that I feel is great is the unpredictability which if carried through into the cricket game will be fantastic. Things like miss timing a pass could lead to an unexpected interception and an opposition try when you may have been seemingly dominating the game. This also woks vica versa when your struggling and defending like crazy.

Career mode is solid, with sponsors transfers etc!

With these foundations and the knowledge from pas games... im pretty dam excited!!

one thing i must add is the impact that different shapes and sizes have.... big strong players break through tackles whereas shorter quicker players can jink in and out of tackles! Hopefully in cricket as Ross has said.... the build of players affect the way they play

Thanks for that info. the career mode is like a manager mode? or can we choose one player and make a career with him?

how is it playing offline mode with AI??? is AI strong and play according to the situations? and also try all possibly hogh to win the game?

Yes, but I won't to give a hard date until the game is through approvals with Sony/MS because as soon as a date is announced retailers start their pre-orders and it's more than embarrassing if the date slips after you've taken peoples money :noway

How long does the approval takes from Sony/MS?? and is the game currently under the approval process?

Do we have an option for manual, semi auto, auto fielding in the game?

Is there a catching system?
