I'm hoping the error related to hills going haywire is related to BA trying to populate them with spectators

I've come across a somewhat strange problem. With the last iteration of the academy i was able to play the batting/bowling games and nets without any issues. However, with this latest update i seem to get a double vision effect on the ball when it is moving across the outfield. Now i've tried to enable and disable the v-sync option and it hasn't made any difference. I've also played around with the graphics settings to see if turning off some options would make a difference, but it hasn't.

I have the same issue. Also, I constantly see mouse cursor on the screen and cannot get rid of it while the game is on.[DOUBLEPOST=1478323698][/DOUBLEPOST]Is it just me or some of the sliders seem to have no effect? I was able to set Pace Speed Min and Max and they seem to have an effect, but I hardly see any difference when I set the following sliders to the max value:

Ball Display Marker Time
Max Turn
Pace Swing

I know many will be aware but just to inform you all that the latest release of the Don Bradman Cricket Academy released on Friday has an issue that could cause corruption of Stadiums you have created.

We are working on a solution currently and hope to release an update tomorrow (Sunday 5th November). Until this update is available it is strongly advised you do not use the update.

If you wish to use it for elements other than the stadium creator, please first make a backup of all save data in the My Games/Don Bradman Cricket 17 folder on your PC.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

I've also noticed that overlays in the logo creator are coming up as tiny little squares now that are too small to even see sometimes.

Unbelievable: Sunday! Fantastic work guys.

So lets put this in perspective for all the numbskulls out there: The developer works through the weekend to give a fix to a free element of a game they havent released yet (ie havent earnt one single dollar on).....commitment, loyalty....return the loyalty...buy the game dont steal it!

Didnt fix mine i have emailed mike my saved folder. Both my Gabba and Gabba with a twist have hills covering the grounds even after the new hot fix

I am so mighty impressed. I have been into development for not long have only 3 years of actual industry experience and I have not seen any amount of professionalism like BigAnt team. As I have told, if only we could pay you back more then the game cost not to show the money we can spend but only to appreciate the hard-work and honesty you guys have put in.

I have lost all my stadiums unfortunately. Everything is blanked out I get empty stadiums now. @mikeymerren

Luckily I had few stadiums already uploaded. I went on and downloaded those stadiums back and it worked. I still lost 5-6 stadiums I guess. Seeing only 1 was original and rest were fantasy I am not all heart broken. Thanks @mikeymerren & @BigAntStudios for the continuous support.

I just downloaded DBC 17 demo 1st time on my laptop and after opening it its showing Big ant intro logo and suddenly the game is closing without any error message or anything can any one tell me whats the issue? Or its bcoz my laptop configuration is low to support game?

I decided to try and record the game play to capture the issue i seem to be suffering ever since the Friday update and came across a bit of a strange coincidence. It seems that i need to record the footage using my phone as oppose to using FRAPS, but this is where i started to notice the issue. When playing with fraps running, it shows in the top left corner around 59/60 frames per second, depending on what part of the stadium/outfield is being shown when the ball is moving. During the non-recording phase i get the double vision effect on the ball. However, when i hit the recording to record at 60 frames per second the double vision effect on the ball is no longer visible and it plays exactly how it use to play, smoothly. As soon as i stop recording the double vision effect on the ball returns. The one thing i noticed is that the frames per second during the non-recording phase looked a little strange. when I hit a shot across the outfield the fps number fluctuates between 59/60/61 which is when that double vision effect occurs. It became more apparent when i noticed it kept hitting 61 fps and then going back down to 59fps.

I'm not sure what has changed in the demo since Friday, but its really is strange as the game was playing perfectly before the update. I've even upgraded the driver to see if that could have made a difference but to no avail.
