Your weight is on the front foot, this is something you should not do against a decidedly quick bowler since it will mean that you will have to jump backwards against a quick bouncer. This will leave you in no control of your body movements, leading to a possible gloving of the ball. The solution would be to have a trigger movement back and across towards off stump so that your weight is evenly poised to play any shot or indeed duck the ball.
You have a significant amount of indecision in your shot also. Before you go out to bat, you need to make a decision about whether you will be a hooker or a ducker, neither is particularly better than the other, but you must never try and fend away a bouncer lest you become every fast bowler's bunny. However, if the ball rises more than expected while you are playing a back foot block, you should immediately drop your hands. Not only is this the safest thing to do, but it also conserves your wicket best.
One last thing, never ever, have both feet off the ground while playing a shot, it compromises the power of the shot and also makes you a bigger target to hit by bouncers!
