Cricket Heroes - testing & feedback

@Meet: Hmm, that might be the problem...I don't have a machine with that chipset, so I can't test it though.

Any other members out there have a similar chipset that they can test with?

@hedger_14: Those are very kind words The simulation mode isn't finished yet though - there's still lots of variables I have to account for, but it's getting there. If you can wait for about a week before the next release, I might be able to finish all the changes we discussed yesterday as well the player and team editors...

I can wait a week. If you release it before next weekend, then I'll work on it over the weekend otherwise it will have to wait until the next weekend as I'm going back to school next week. And so did you want me to create some domestic teams as well.

@hedger_14: Domestic teams would be great. I haven't started with domestic leagues yet, but it should be easy to add. If you could add Australia's teams, I could add South Africa's. Then we just need someone to do the others :)

Hmm, I can do New Zealand and probably England (may take some time) if you wanted me to. I can give you a player list for each domestic team around the world if you wanted me to. It shouldn't take too long. How many players did you want in the squad btw? Any amount as in all the players?

Actually, I'll make things even easier for you, don't worry about doing any of the domestic teams. It will be easier if only I do it as then I can not worry about the database being unfair (because if both me and you do it, I might make players on a more critical scale while you could be pretty generous with your ratings as South Africa would beat any team.)

1) Get squads for domestic teams around the world.
2) Wait for new version to be uploaded and take a break in the meantime :p
3) Update player database, with updated players and skills (btw, did you want me to get rid of the old players like Warne, Gilly, Haydos, Pollock etc.)
4) Create new players for domestic teams and create domestic teams, put players in their teams.
5) Send you the player/team database thing so you can take it and put it in a competition
6) Finally get some testing of the game done in my free time.

Yep, got a pretty busy schedule going on :p

I've finished doing the squads (the player names) for New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. I could probably start making the teams but you'll have to tell me the best way to make the teams. God I don't know where to start.

what do you mean by 'explain the current database'

When you get to creating the player stats, give me a shout and I'll explain the values for each of the stats as they are used in the game.

Do you mean you want to enter them into the game right now?

It was actually decided that there will be 3 different databases(rosters). One for the 90's players, other for the recently retired players and third for the current one.
Will you consider IPL for Indian domestic?

@Meet: Yup, I'm from SA so I have little knowledge of the Indian leagues (except for the Ranji trophy - I know a few guys who play there). Which are the biggest leagues there?
