In Which There Will Be 14 Teams Or 10. And 18 Players Squad From Any Country But 4 Overseas 4 Retired And 4 Young Talent Players.

Start with 6 or 8 teams, then you can expand to 10 and beyond.

Not really, you'd just be sending me a PM roughly every 24 hours, saying what you're doing, e.g. W is moving into X, and Y is moving into Z.

And I guess the main thing is deciding the cricketers you want etc.

Which Teams Will Feature ?

So, NZPL,APL,SPL(Good's Last Season),ZPL(Goods 1st Season) BCL (Bangladesh)
MCL(Currently Called American Cricket League).

2 Teams from each league

What Will Be Tournament Format?

12 Teams Will Be Divided into 2 groups. Each team from each group play in Double Round Robin Format against their other team in the same group.

The Top 3 teams from both group move to Double Knockout Elimination Stage.

And Concluding that Double K.O Elimination Stage, We Have The Finals Played.

How Player Clashes Will Be Resolved

My way of planning is allowing only 3 Overseas player this time. Each league has minimum 10 Domestic players, so I would like to see more of their domestic talent then their talent with Overseas.

So I would prefer their Playing XI in each match be 8 Domestic and 3 Overseas.

Now if NZPL VS APL is the match and Vettori is playing for both the teams then obvious choice and compulsion would be that he will play for NZPL.

In the end, I can include more teams from different leagues like, LMS,GPL but it's not based on a particular country has all sorts of players mixed and hence it would not be nice idea as player clashes would exceed.

Also, One suggestion, Can I include my league India Premier League Season 3 Winners and Runners Up?

If yes then 14 teams will play if not then 12.

IMO only winners of 10 PL's should be allowed.
If thats the case then, Truman will be a lucky man then.
Winner of SPL, WPL and GPL. (though GPL'z not there)
