dbc hacks: fearsome tweak v2.90 +minigame v0.03

Yes Franco Aus have moved to 90 for 1 and look comfortable. Have had one edge which didnt carry, which is realistic for me.

Finch however, who is a brute with maximum strength is 17 from 61 balls! Is there any way to replicate big hitting batsman compared with defensive players in future mods?

Going to take a few days off DBC. Am very happy with what I have seen today. I think this is the closest I have seen to real life in DBC 14. I guess for me there is only one thing left to mod, and that is would there be any way to show the difference between attacking and defensive batsmen? As well as shot power related to the attribute "strength"?

Bowling as both teams on 2.11, test match, legend difficulty. Once again well done Franco

And probably the pitch and weather factoring more than what they do now. More distinctively.

Franco is taking this game to a new level.

yes, this has been solved, i will add it tomorrow. However, probably you will have to manually set an "aggression" slider, for now
i dont have written the code to decide if the batsman must attack or defend.

This mod made me log in to PC after 2 years and take DBC out of the morgue. Can't wait to try out the v2.11

@SibiNaayagam Mate, are you batting with the 2.10 or 2.11?

Actually it's 2.11 but when I open the file, it says 2.01 on the small black screen. I'm pretty sure it's just a typo.

Fantastic stuff

I swear when my batsmen are set to attacking they are far more aggressive than my co derivative batsmen already!!

It's strange that certain people seem to have fewer issues. To be honest before this latest hack I would say that every single AI batsman in DBC14 was a batting clone and had no individual characteristics whatsoever other than what hand they use.

Everyone in my Aus v Zim match had very similar strike rates. However the entire Zim team were conservative with zero strength. (I was testing that too). The guy with the lowest strike rate was Aaron Finch who at one stage was 16 off 61. He is a brute with maximum power. This is only one match I have shown but I have noticed it throughout. For me it's the next (and I hope last thing) that I'd love to be fixed. I don't know if Franco enjoys making these mods.

DBC14 always looked the part and was an incredibly well put together production, but I never felt bowling was any good, especially with the bizarre last patch that got rid of nearly all edges.

Fair point and not doubting you for a second. But if I have an aggressive opener and a conservative opener, there is always a difference in how they play.

I'm almost lost on which hack to use now !

@Langeveldt I'm with @wealey88 on this one, I noticed a pretty big difference when I put the stats up from mid bar to max bar...that's when the game changed for me as I was using edited teams with worse off stats and cpu would be bowled out easily, or score really slowly...but when I put stats up it helped a lot tbh.
