Sachin Tendulkar's 76 helped Mumbai Indians to win​

Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to bowl first. Chennai Super Kings got off to a horrible start with loosing few quick wickets. But then Clarke and Dhoni did well for some sort of recovery but when the score was 70 even Dhoni lost his wicket. Innings was in very bad position but Clarke and Jadeja did very well to control the innings. Clarke made a well made fifty and Jadeja made some runs and Chennai Super Kings final score was 140. Mumbai Indians had no sort of difficulty in chasing the target. Ganguly played slowly but he made sure that his team gets off to a good start and he was successful in it. When the score was 65 he lost his wicket but Sachin continued playing a good knock. Soon Sachin reached to his well made fifty and after few overs when it was sure that Mumbai has to win he lost his wicket. He was lbw by Jadeja but till then he made sure that Mumbai wins and he made 76. After that Jayasuriya smashed few boundaries and in the end Mumbai Indians won the match by 8 wickets and with 10 balls remaining.

Ricky Ponting's 79 guided Deccan Chargers to victory​

Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bat first. Phillip Hughes was very aggressive but on other hand Uthappa was very defensive. When the score was 29 Uthappa lost his wicket and after few runs even Hughes lost his wicket both the openers departed for 17. Katich and Hodge were not able to play a big innings and were out for low scores. But Marcus North hold the innings together and made sure that he takes his team to a respective total. He made a well made 57 and was supported well by Kumar Sangakkara. Rajasthan Royals were able to make143. Both the Deccan Chargers openers got out for a low score but Ricky Ponting was playing at his very best and was looking under no kind of pressure. Deccan Chargers lost 2 more wickets of Luke Wright and Justin Langer. But Shakib Al Hasan did well to stay in the middle with Ricky Ponting because Ponting needed just one person to stay with him so that he can play freely. Ponting reached to his fifty and after his fifty as well his intentions were same. He played very well and made 79 runs and guided his team to victory. Deccan Chargers won the match with 6 wickets in hand and 19 balls to spare.

Tillakaratne Dilshan blistering knock made sure that Kolkata wins their first match in this years IPL!!!​

Tillakaratne Dilshan's 80 helped Kolkata to win the match​

Kolkata won the toss and elected to bat first. It was again started in the bad fashion for Kolkata. They lost couple of early wicket but Tillakaratne Dilshan made sure that he plays a good innings for his team and helps his team to make a big score. Inzemam Ul Haq played slowly and steadily supporting Dilshan perfectly to play his normal innings. When the score was 137 Inzemam got out and it was perfect stage for Chris Cairns to come and fire. That's what Chris Cairns did. Along with Dilshan he smashed some boundaries and Kolkata's final score was 175. Kings XI Punjab got off to a fine start with McCulum firing again but their middle order collapsed. Pomersbach played well for his 48 but no one really from middle order played a big innings and Kings XI Punjab final score was 158. Man of the match award was given to Tillakaratne Dilshan for his brilliant 80.

So,After having a week break we all were ready to play our next match vs RCB. Just 4 hours were left for the match to start and I was watching TV. After few minutes I got bored of watching tv and thought to open my lappie and check Delhi Daredevils official site to see how's the new feature Fan Zone is going. I was given my username and password by the staff of the team and I logged in.. I clicked on Fan Zone and the page open.



Raju-Who is Aditya? Why is he in the side? He should be out of the side,He has not even played much county cricket.

Samant-Delhi need to improve their batting. Their bowling is fine,But batting is a problem.

Mithun-Aditya should not be in the side. Why didn't Delhi staff picked a expirienced player rather than an unknown player?

Aman-Take that Aditya off the team and Delhi Daredevils team will automatically improve.

Apurv-Batting is not up to the mark.

Raman-A new player playing with Sehwag as a opener what a joke!

Sankar-Take that idea off the team.


I readed this comments and closed the window. I was so afraid at that point of time. Then I decided to go at the nets and do some practice. I saw few more players practicing like,Irfan,Haurtiz and Morgan. Irfan said Hey mate come here,I was bowling to Morgan from past few minutes and now he wants to face Hauritz so you practice and I bowl to you. I said yeh,OK.

I was afraid and a bit angry as well. So I decided to play some big strokes to Irfan. But I was not able to hit him in the starting. He was bowling very tight line and length. One of his bowl hurt me, I was trying to smash it but it hurt my hand. Irfan apologized but said to me that see mate, You try to hit every bowl out of the park and that's a wrong technique. As far as I am concern in t20 first understand the nature of the pitch and then start hitting. You can't hit every bowl out of the park. I said yes mate, Lets see how it goes in the match. After that Hauritz bowled to me I defended few bowls but then I started smashing Hauritz, bowl was coming better than previously on bat and it was feeling easy to hit Hauritz. When I was practicing my coach came to see how are boys practicing and saw me. He saw me smashing Hauritz ands had a smile on his face. He called me and I went to him running. I said yes sir. Whatmore said well, Aditya I am amazed to see you hitting those types of strokes. As I said you before you just need to improve your back foot and you can be a good batsman. I said thanks sir. Whatmore said now in few hours we will leave for the stadium so you should prepare your kit bag and start getting ready. I went to my room then and start practicing. Its big match for me and my team. We need to continue our good performance and I need to prove myself let's see how it goes.

GET SOME REALITY!
1) Ranji Trophy in IPL is blunder!
2) a line up with 9 overseas stars can be possible only in "International Premier League", not "Indian Premier League"

In Delhi Daredevils side there are only 6 overseas players and 5 Indian players. As far as Ranji Troph is concern I have previously told the reason why it was included in this story.

TBH, these new squads brought by Aditya have completely degraded my interest in the story. Original squads would have been much better!

No,I was saying that in a sense that story is about Delhi Daredevils and there are just 6 overseas players in Delhi Side. The idea of too many overseas players is not working I agree but as I said sometimes new ideas work sometime they don't.

@Yudi-Sehwag is a international player and a new(unknown) player playing with him as a opener is very un usual.
