Delhi team will sport a sky blue ribbon in their bid to promote women empowerment after their "collaboration" with Unicef. Also, it was declared that if DD wins this edition, each member of the team will be given a gold coin.

I guess they will play Andre Russell ahead of Glen Maxwell.

We are really doing well this season. At the top in points table with the best NRR too. The batsmen are batting well, the bowlers are bowling well and the fielding too has been exceptional. The team is turning out to be a perfect T20 side. :D

I missed Sehwag's innings yesterday but I'm sure it would have been a gem. Delhi's side this year is a world XI, it has got everything. From Sehwag, KP, Jaya, Taylor to Morkel and Umesh. These six players are enough to make a team world class. Umesh is still young and is still making a name for himself at the international level but there is no question that he's a great future potential for India. Though, I just feel that the bowling could be a little more stronger for Delhi. The pace attack is good but only if the side had an quality Indian all rounder, who bowls spin. Someone like Jadeja maybe but considering the pay he got from CSK, I doubt Delhi had such a huge budget. :p

Delhi as usual are going great guns this season (like they did in Season 1). But the loss to Pune at home suggests that they could also be prone to failures.

Every team is prone to failures, but this Delhi team looks to good for it. Even in season 2 they ruled the round robin stage and qualified after playing just 10 games but choked in the semi final against DC. I hope something similar to that does not happen this time and Delhi go on to win the tournament.
