Well thats the end of the days play. It has been an exciting days cricket and certainly a see sawing affair. Derbyshire started the day off in brilliant fashion before Graham Hick stampped his authority on the match. A great fight back then from the Derbyshire bowlers, Chris Laws and Nitesh Hemlani. We then had a rain delay for a good two hours before the Worcestershire bowler went straight through the Derbyshire top order. The were quiet lucky to be only 5 wickets down as Roberts got a top edge that just cleared the deep fine legs head and Smith was caught behind off a no ball from Akhtar. Well the game sits here in the balance, lets hope tommorrows actions is up there with todays. I look forward to your company tommorrow. Good Night
