Don Bradman Cricket in the Press

Not exactly in the press but i got newsletter email from GAME about top picks for games coming out/out. DBC was featured with a picture. This can only help with sales as this email goes out to everyone who has a game newsletters :) Every little helps ! Sorry for big pic not really good at picture cropping.

GAME have been great: they've been tweeting the hell out of it! Admittedly a slow news day for new releases, but a stout effort!

Yeah it's great to see :) I really like seeing DBC on sites or emails like that even tho i have nothing to do with DBC. Makes me happy seeing it out there getting the much deserved push to the general public as most don't know about it. Even just seeing it on the suggested item lists on sites makes me smile, I guess i'm proud of dbc not that i help make it or do anything just being here on the forum from a relatively early stage checking everyday for updates. I told everyone i know about it... Admittedly it's not many people... :) but it all helps. I have 3 different versions myself ( 360,PC,X1 ) I know me buying it won't make much difference in the big picture but i want to support this great, friendly, passionate & dedicated studio who have made THE best cricket game ever made. Before 2012 i'd not heard of BA. I'm glad i have now! Best after purchase care i've ever witnessed in the gaming circuit. I've already got plenty out of all versions i played 360 for about 300-400 hours just gone passed 316 hours on PC really getting into legend opening bat career. Just so much you can do, It's limitless. Well theres me getting all lovey dovey on Valentines day atleast ill have DBC for company! :lol
 
The guys from XboxAchievements/PSTrophies are streaming now. Looks like a blind run of it! Twitch
 
Still think they're going after the wrong crowd, but nice to see a marketing spend. :)
 
A bit odd to use a quote from a review about the game on previous gen consoles. It's the best cricket game of the current console generation by default.

Of course my "This release simply fills the gap that the new consoles had of a cricket game" isn't much of a marketing quote.

Well, at that price they could be right to go after Cricket fans TBF. If it was a regular price I'd say people in the market for a video game: games press, youtubers and retail itself.[DOUBLEPOST=1424451163][/DOUBLEPOST]

I didn't actually register that in all honesty. I still struggle remembering what "next gen" and "old gen" and "current gen" are. :-)
