Let me first congratulate the test team Captain Usy on his appointment of the squad captain, if i get a game in the 5 dayers, i will be happy to be lead by such a great guy.

For myself i find that leading out your country is the most important thing, and in the coming months, hopefully years, i will be able to lead out a succesful squad of players which will hopefully mentored by Matt and the team. I wish all the players a great time in each squad he may play in!

Finally, i would like to outline the things i hope to bring to the England squad,

1. Success over in Australia in the ODI's, i believe althought the Test will overshadow the ODI i really think these are important.

2. Get to the final of the World Cup, maybe against Australia and absolutly stuff them, Nice holiday to the West Indies anyway
